The room was clean and serviceable. The stairs leading up to the loft had a very loose railing which was a touch concerning. Breakfast was passable and the service was good.

If you're looking for a good night's sleep in a clean space, this is it. There are no 'frills', just basic. There is a small frig & kourig coffee maker in room, bed is comfortable, room temp easily adjustable with continuous fan feature, helping against any noises. We ended up next to ice machine/ vending area, but in a short hallway with separate door to block sounds. For a night or two, this is okay. Longer would feel cramped.

Lovely clean and comfortable room within walking distance of the main village. Lots of great places to eat nearby and shops to explore. Had an excellent stay and would highly recommend

Friendly staff with check-in being quick. Breakfast was rather limited but served to enable a wuickee start to the day! Room was nice and clean with basic TV.

Friendly checkin staff. Underground parking included too! Restaurant and bar makes chilling out real easy though food is pizza.. Rooms are decent sized with a fridge in our case. No cable TV though this might be considered a plus!

Super friendly staff and decent sized rooms! Good value for the money, but the rooms are definitely older. Shower water temperature was difficult to control, making it a bit of an adventure.

We were here for only a single night as part of a large group touring Banff and the Canadian Rockies. Our stay was quite comfortable, we were in a large room with two queen beds. The rooms have a microwave, a coffee maker and free coffee and tea. There's also a lovely hot tub, and a sauna and steam room, instead of the usual swimming pool.

Decent hotel and decent price. Rooms are clean. There are hot tub , steam room and sauna which is great after a full day of snowboarding.

(2017) Simple hotel with "build-in" pizzeria. Cleaning may be done bit more intensive (don't move any furniture because then you will know what i mean).
But there were two elk in the front garden when we came back to the hotel at night! So also this hotel makes an impression!response / report this review -

A decent hotel a ten minute walk from downtown Banff.
Pros -
Underground parking (although tight quarters for a truck)
Helpful front desk staff
Decent price for rooms
Nice Sauna, Hot Tub, Steam Room area

The inn was clean and within our price range. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I would say my only complaints were that the washroom was quite dimly lit and the complimentary breakfast was quite bare bones.

This hotel does not know what customer service is. The rooms are not clean and the employees are rude and not helpful. The breakfast attendant was horribly rude and condescending. Sleeping in their beds give you bites/a rash. The room service option is disgusting. The ski lockers are not secure. Would not recommend.
