Rooms are a bit crowded but it's a decent price point for a hostel. Free breakfast and wifi were awesome!!

Nice hostel centrally located in Banff. Breakfast is average and parking is very hard to come by if you arrive after 8pm. Staff is friendly and facilities are decent.

Maybe the best hostel I've ever been to. Huge rooms, private bathroom, very clean. The only downsides would be breakfast in the basement, not enough parking and not really any common areas.

Pretty much your standard hostel with clean rooms and good facilities. I loved that the bathroom was in my room which was convenient. Also, 24 hour reception? Awesome!

Very cleaned and perfectly organized. We arrived very late and we had our beds pre assigned. Breakfast was rich of cakes! Very good!

Free breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Close walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff. A few nice common areas - indoors and outdoors!

The staff was very helpful. Rooms clean. Hostel centrally located, next to beverage store! The kitchen clean and breakfast best good. We would return.

This is the worst hostel I have stayed in by far! Dismal customer service, bunk beds that rattle whenever a person moves. The walls appeared to have been made paper thin, one can hear all the commotion of people walking, entering in the next room. I had to sleep with ear plugs in. The "free" breakfast was also a gimmick. Sad!

Unhelpful management concerning cancellation. Noisy and squeaky beds. Ensuite bathrooms make for lots of unwanted noise and smells. Will not book a room here again.
