I feel hard pressed to rate this company this high. When I first got my policies the agent I had in Ontario made a point to contact me via phone on a regular basis. He reviewed my policies and made suggestions for course corrections along the way. Since coming to Nanaimo the service has been terrible and advice worse. Not impressed.
