Amazing staff! We bought our hot tub over a year ago and couldn't be happier. Paramount spas have a great selection and have been there for all our questions and concerns. The staff is friendly and knows there products! I couldn't be happier with our service and hot tub! I recommended paramount to everyone!

Matt and his team have been fabulous! He helped us find the best fit swim spa and delivered it during this year's first snowfall. They have returned all my calls and answered all my questions! Great service! Thank you!

So my wife and I just purchased a hot tub from Matt at Paramount. What excellent service Not only was I curious as to see how they would get such a large and heavy hot tub into a tight location but they did it with such ease and at 5:30 on a Friday. . And now the best part, Matt came out at 9:30 on Sunday morning to connect it all up and make sure it was working just fine. Sunday night I had my first soak and now Monday morning I'm having my second. Thanks Matt for the great service and efficiency

We had to move a hot tub in Qualicum. Called Matt at Paramount who didn't hesitate to want to assist us. On a Saturday he came before his shift started and helped us. We are extremely thankful for his help, knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend this company! Thanks again for your help we really appreciated it!!!!

Always experienced great service here. They've gone out of their way to offer me advice on fixing and maintaining my hot tub time and time again. Prices on parts are very reasonable too!

Matt and his team did a great job of walking me through my options and getting me set up as a first-time hot tub owner. They went above and beyond to remove an old unit on our property and get the new one fitted and installed into our pergola. After sales support has been excellent too.

I had a great experience with Paramount Recreation. Sabrina is very knowledgeable about the products and was very willing to share her expertise. We also had enlisted the service of a hot tub relocation. Matt and Aden did a great job and made it look like an easy task! Thank you so very much and we look forward to being return customers.

We bought our Passion Spa hot tub in April and have been very happy with our purchase and the support and service we have recieved . The unit was delivered and set up on time as promised. This was our first hot tub so we had a lot of questions about the unit and balancing the water. Sabrina and Matt were always just a phone call away and provided excellent support and advice.About a month ago we had a problem with the LED lights and we were impressed with how quickly they were out and fixed the problem. Always friendly and cheerful they are a pleasure to deal with.

We have just moved to the island and have been looking forward to a new hot tub in our new home. We haven't had a hot tub before and Sabrina was very patient and considerate with her answers to our questions, and also walked us through the huge variety of hot tubs they have in store to demonstrate the different features. Sabrina and Matt were both so helpful & easy to work with - thank you for the great service we are so happy to have purchased a hot tub from you!
