Super rude on the phone! Worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere to date! Horrible explanation to a questions and insanely overpriced items!!!

The staff at the pawn are the best love how they greet people as soon as they walk in the door i myself was never let down thanks nichol pawn crew you rock well maybe not rock jk have a great all take care im still waiting for my bday gift lol its not much i love wolf stuff ha ha only kidding cheers guys

We all know it is what it is however, unlike a bank you can develop a personal relationship with these people. They'll haggle with prices and cut you slack if you're a regular. No problems with these people at all.

Pretty great. The owners are friendly and care about peoples needs. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is sometimes stuff is overpriced.
