Great guys, picked up a used scooter and had a good experience, fair and friendly a great place to do business! Buying my son a bike there today as a result of the first good experience with the scooter.

Helpful and genuine staff, no big egos and attitude unlike the KTM shop up the road in Parksville. Good selection of bikes and gear.

A group of friends and myself rented some scooters for the day. We were a little nervous at first as we were definitely beginners, but the staff treated us kindly, with patients and humor as we laughed together and learned the basics. The cost of rental was more than decent, the staff know their stuff and it's clear they like what they do. Overall it was a great experience I would highly recommend to everyone. Get out there and try something new!

Came in with lots of question about the 50cc quad that I had at home, wasn't expecting that all of those questions were going to be answered.
The guy behind the counter was very professional and patient with me.
26$ and 2 hours later my quad was up and running.
    Wish I went there earlier.
Thank you Tuff City for you help.

My husband and I rented scooters for a week to tool around town and see the sites. We were so impressed with the services at Tuff City.
The staff were accommodating and helpful, and talk about friendly! We ended up getting some new gear from the store to help support such a cool local business.
