    Everything is set up and ready to go! Less than a day before we kick off the event. Spring Into Action tomorrow at 9AM starting with Sunrise-Yoga!

    9:00AM-Registration 9:20AM-Sunrise yoga w/ Kiara 9:45AM-Keynote speakers from CAMH & InsideOut 10:00AM-Walk and Run begins! 11:00AM-Barbecue, Kids' Activities, Giant Jenga, Photo Booths. 12PM-Raffle draws for prizes.

    So glad you're doing it again this year! I love what you guys do for the community, I can't wait to be a part of it! I think it's so nice that you're donating proceeds to CAMH. I have a family member who waited a long time to seek help with her depression because she was worried about what people would think, but talking about it has made a world of difference for her. Stigma is a real problem and I think this event is a great step towards putting an end to it.
