Excellent service, fair pricing, very professional.

My lock broke on Dec 30. I contacted A-OK, who responded within the hour. His schedule was booked until the new year, but he sold me the part I needed at a fair price (same price as online) and delivered it to me the next AM.

It's my second time dealing with these guys. Excellent experience both times. Highly recommended.

I hired A-OK Locksmiths to re-key the existing locks on a new home I purchased and was very pleased with their service. They were easy to get a hold off, communicated very effectively, and provide excellent service that was quick and efficient. They also assisted me in reprogramming a keypad lock at no additional charge. I highly recommend!

Solid and efficient work at a great rate. We communicated mostly by text after an initial call which is ideal for me. Arrived when promised, completed the work quickly and we have a nice new lock set that won’t leave us locked out like the last one!

I called A-Ok to take a look at our front door deadbolt which was causing some issues. Steve arrived when he said he would, promptly identified the issue and fixed it quickly and well - the door and locks actually function better than before we had the issue. Price was reasonable too. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend. A great local option in the East End.

I needed two locks replaced as soon as possible. I spoke with Steve, he was understanding and very helpful. He gave me a very reasonable quote and that is exactly what he charged me. I was extremely impressed with his service and professionalism. Punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. Had our lock switched out for a new unit with numbered pad. He had to drill new holes, and was very knowledgeable in installation. Cut an extra key on location and even showed me how to it was all set-up etc. Reliable professionals are hard to come by, I would highly recommend his work. Thanks Steve!

A-OK are efficient, friendly and fair. They came over within an hour to review the issue and instead of pushing an expensive repair or new product, were able to fix my hardware on the spot and were kind enough to do it for no charge. I highly recommend this company.

Steve (besides having a great name) was by far the best locksmith we have ever used. 5 star PLUS! Will never go anywhere else. Professional, reliable and even early (after he made sure it was okay).
Was surprised to see a a 1 star rating, so when I read it, I understand that there are flaws in the system and that shows one. Giving a low rating due to a phone conversation does NOT count.

I got the wrong key stuck in our car ignition. Randomly looked up a locksmith and called this company. The person who answered offered to send someone out right away, but suggested I try a few things myself first. Used his advice and it worked. He also called me back 30 minutes later to make sure I was okay. His first instinct was to share his expertise, and help me out, as opposed to making a few bucks. Customer satisfaction is one thing, building customer loyalty is completely different. A-OK Locksmiths seems to have that quality. Not at all surprised they have such great reviews.
