Back door lock was broken. call one company SureLock. Sent them some pics. The person asked me to do this and that, totally insane for someone who has no idea about locks. Asked me to get replacement parts from USA and then call him! said my lock was unique and hard to get parts
Anyhow, called ProLock. John answered. Sent a gentleman in, replaced the parts and fixed the door all in few hours. 5*. Next time i wont bother calling other locksmith

Sent my 75 year old mother here to get a car key cut. Owner said they couldn't guarantee final function of a chipped key they didn't supply - fine.

Except PL totally botched the _work_, giving back a shredded key, and saying the employee forgot to set the machine for proper key size.

Also fine, mistakes happen - but then make it right. Instead, they said they "weren't responsible" and refused to replace the blank, or even split replacement cost (though I'm sure their wholesale price is way under my retail), offering only to recut a new key for free. Rightcause I'm going to save $9 to risk another $60 blank at a place that can't do the job right the first time.

Avoid this place. Service providers often won't guarantee a product they don't supply. But that doesn't extend to crappy work that ruins *my* property. If your staff don't know how to use their equipment, find new staff, or be willing to cover their mistakes.

I recently hired Pro Locksmiths to install locks in my condo. I had a fantastic experience, they are very reliable and expert in the field. I dealt with Paul he was wonderful, very kind, friendly and on time. Communications ect were all great.

I highly recommend them for all your security needs.

I had an outstanding customer experience with Pro Locksmiths. The showroom was nicely done and the assistance I got was excellent.

When I purchased my new hardware Pro Lock was extremely responsive to emails when I had any questions. When the service tech came out he did an excellent job installing all new handle set in our house. It's not very often that you need the services of a locksmith but without a doubt when the time comes again I will be looking for Pro Locksmiths.

Bought a high security safe from Paul, he was very friendly and informative. He helped me select the right safe for my needs and he installed it in my place with care. Even though the safe weighed hundreds of pounds he took every precaution to protect my home.

Outstanding service from Paul in the store to Bruce making the service call for our broken door lock. Paul was friendly, understanding and knowledgeable of the issue and most helpful in organizing our service call. Bruce arrived on time for the appointment and he was also friendly and throughly professional. He made our repairs to my complete satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about the guys at Pro Locksmith.

Service is not friendly. I bought a lock from this store and while it was over 500, it has never worked properly. Store owner blames the installer.

I've used them for years and have master-keyed my rental properties with them. A break in at one of my rental properties was foiled because of the additional security measures (a reinforced deadbolt) they suggested. Meanwhile, four of my neighbours did get their front doors kicked in. I highly recommend them and their advice to my own clients.
