People were nice and line was fairly quick but you can't "re-activate" your OHIP here (for those like me who have been out of the country for a while). Apparently this is not renewing or applying for a new OHIP card, yet it uses all the same documents. Need to go to the 777 Bay location.

Best service ontario experience so far. The line was not too long, although the people in front of me there were like 30+ people just 30 minutes before I came. Staff are not exactly friendly (never expected customer service from Service Ontario anyways) but was indeed very efficient. I went in for motorcycle ownership.

This is the first office efficient and knowledgeable , one phone call, correct info from a real friendly person . Excellent service to my young son/ father Commissioner sign document and all done in one place. Giving the young man his father care. Recommend to all to visit this location . Outstanding service for citizen not knowing the process .Thank U, Service on July 14/20

One of the best Service Ontario in the city. The staffs here are very professional, friendly, fast, and they really know their jobs well. I had one of the best experiences here after going through other different places with very rude and unprofessional staff serving you. After seeing the ladies working here it's hard to believe that not all government employees are Rude. And for the first time I look so nice in my picture usually I look like some alien .

Staffs were polite. I went there at 8:45 AM on Saturday and found 4 people standing there in line. Place opened at 9 AM and by that time, around 15 people were there in line.
So, get there early and stand in line.

If you are on Work permit / Temporary resident visa then they will not do OHIP but their main office at 777 Bay St. will do it.
Main office is open only on weekdays.

I did apply for my Photo ID here for 35$. Just needed my passport for that. They gave me a receipt with Photo card number on it. I will be receiving the card at my mailing address in 4 to 6 weeks.

Also they gave me Ontario Health insurance application form which I could fill and then documents list that I need to carry while applying for health insurance in main office at Bay St.

Great and friendly staff at this location. Dealer wicket is fast and efficient. I would recommend any fleet and dealers to this location. You can even drop off your paperwork and they will call when it's done. Open late Thursdays and open Saturday's..

In general, I feel like all Service Ontario offices would better serve Ontario residents by changing their 9AM - 5PM Monday to Wednesday + Friday hours to something like 11AM - 7PM or even 12PM - 8PM. If the average person gets off work around 5PM, people are forced to come in during working hours (lowering productivity), making it harder for them to access your services. Also, 1PM - 5PM instead of 9AM - 1PM on Saturday could help raise attendance on that day, as people tend to sleep in on the weekends.

Despite what they advertise, they do not offer full Health Card services. You wait in their line for 2+ hours, then get redirected to the main office on Bloor! Should be a sign somewhere or on the website stating this fact

This location will tell you that you don't have all the required documents without even looking at the documents you brought. I had to urge them to actually do some 10 seconds of reading to realize that in fact, I did.

Bad customer service in my opinion. You might waste a day off because of it or it could mean that you might not even get your papers at all.

It was a pleasure to go there. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a situation with my elder mother and they treated us with patience and respect. They answered all our questions and provided correct information. I will be going there for all my Ontario services concerns. I only wish it was a little bigger but the wait time was still good, 20-30min.
