I forgot the gentleman's name but the service for shoe repair was excellent, efficient and professionally completed. They also carry shoe cleaning products, shoelaces, key cutting, belts and possibly more services/products.
If entering from Yonge St. (Canadian blood services clinic) make a right and head downstairs. It is the first store on your right.
If entering from Bloor, make a left towards Yonge St. (Canadian blood services clinic) take the stairs down and it is the first store to your right.
Store is spaced out and well adapted for COVID social distancing practices.

I had to leave a review for this place, I was so impressed! I brought in a well-loved Lululemon bookbag with a broken zipper that I was devastated about the thought of throwing out, and a beautiful suede boot with a zipper that my dog chewed. The owner was so pleasant, and built a funny rapport with each customer. He was willing to haggle with me a little bit, so we were both happy. He finished the job in 2 days! When I went to pick them up, I saw that he paid close attention to detail and used the same decorative zipper handles that came with the original bag!

This is a wonderful shop! Sam did excellent work for me on two leather belts recently, and went absolutely above and beyond to return a something I left behind by mistake. Convenient location, careful work, and amazing customer service. I will be back for sure - thank you!

By far my favourite shoe repair spot. He always does a quality job, turns it around quickly and charges a fair price. I always go back and would recommend him to others.

While reapplying my soles the proprietor got glue in several places on the leather AND scuffed the toe. I was in a hurry and didn't look at them when picking them up. That is on me. The piss poor job done is on him.

I have now had two pair of boots repaired and rebuilt by Sam, who is fantastic to deal with. He has always been honest with me and has done great quality work. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him, and he is my "go to" guy when it comes to anything having to do with footwear, belts and purses. Thanks Sam!

Sam does a fantastic job repairing your shoes and watches! I brought in rubber boots with a crack in the sole, which I thought were beyond repair. Not only did he fix them in a short amount of time, he made them better than before! I highly recommend him as he personalizes the service & values his customers.

They are good at what they do. Will copy your key for you quickly and easily. Not too expensive.
