I'm very happy with Protection Plus. They go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. The technician they sent, Ciaran, is top notch, super friendly and thorough. It was a complicated installation and it was done quickly, efficiently and everything is running like a charm. Thank you Protection Plus!!

After reading the great reviews, we decided to contact Protection Plus and spoke with Jason. He did not disappoint! He provided us with great options and so we decided to go ahead with their service. Jason was accommodating from the start, a very friendly guy! The installation process was flawless, and only took a few hours. Jason even made sure to wear booties over his shoes to not dirty our floors which was very much appreciated! There was a small issue after the installation but Jason quickly came to resolve it. 10++

Protection Plus is a great, reputable security company. Brian came and visited our home and provided a cost effective solution within our budget. He made it work. Not to mention this was the only company that called us back while we were shopping for a provider. An install was scheduled quickly and John our installer was professional, very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He ensured he trained us thoroughly prior to leaving. Solid company .

So far so good! They were fast, efficient and explained how the system works where I wasn't left confused. Feel happy knowing that my family is safe. Also, pricing is competitive and of good value. I would recommend Protection Plus to my friends and neighbours.

Great service so far. I chose Protection Plus over other larger companies due to the great reviews online (compared to the many horror stories about some of their competitors). I talked to Brian on the phone who took the time to answer my many questions and didn't try to give the "hard sell" I experienced elsewhere.
The monthly fee is quite competitive, and you end up owning the equipment (which is not always the case elsewhere).
I was able to arrange installation at very short notice, which was important because I was going away on vacation. The installation went smoothly and they ran the power cable through the wall with no issues. The equipment is easy to use and appears state-of-the-art. I recommend getting the phone app, which is free.
So far the system has worked well and my experience has been good. Recommended!response / report this review -

John from Protection Plus is very friendly and a true professional at what he does! I called Protection Plus front line to inquire about upgrading the security of my house, and John called me that same evening to discuss further! He was able to come the following day which I thought was impressive given they are based in Toronto and I am from Milton. John was very friendly and listened to my concerns and then provided the right package for me. I wanted to save more money and so he further adjusted the package so I am comfortable with the purchase including service and products! He was not trying to sell me something I do not need which I really appreciate knowing other companies up sell to make a hefty sale at the first chance. Upon arrival John was very informative of the product and reassured my decision to invest in security as I have a new born. He went out of his way to ensure my entry door was cleaned up from prior residue before starting his own work, it showed he has passion with his craft and worked to ensure the final product is perfect! I was very satisfied with his work, and also his time spent ensuring my entry door is solid with all benchmarks required by law and security.
If John is the representation of Protection Plus, then I say this is one outstanding company and organization that truly works to satisfy their customers! Thank you so much!!

I've been using Protection Plus since I bought my house 5 years ago. the procedure was seamless. The installer arrived on time and replaced all my equipment as promised with no hidden surprises or upsell. The installer was very thorough in explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. Thankfully I've never had any real emergencies, but the few times that the alarm was triggered accidentally, the team at Protection Plus called immediately.

On the purchase of a security system, including exterior cameras to cover the full perimeter of the property and the reinforcement of all exterior doors, I dealt with Mike. Rather than quote me over the phone, he took the time to visit and walk through the property with me, making recommendations along the way. He was both very pleasant and very knowledgeable. The quote was very reasonable. On the installation, I dealt with Joe. An equally very pleasant and very knowledgeable gentleman, who took the time to explain the workings of the security system. Overall, a great experience.

We contacted Protection Plus for our home system based the positive reviews that were previously posted. Protection Plus exceeded all of our expectations. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and guided us on the best approach to protect our home without pressure or up-selling. Our entire experience from first contact to installation was quick, efficient and professional. We are very happy with our choice.

John was very timely, friendly, and helpful! He called ahead to let me know when he was going to be here, and showed up exactly on time! He was very efficient in getting my alarm system updated after the renovation. He even took the time to help me out with an issue I was having in hooking up my built-in speakers, completely gratis. Would be happy to call on him again.

Can't say enough good things about Protection Plus! We installed a wireless security system recently with the kind assistance of Mike. He was efficient in coming up with a very reasonable proposal for us. I was most impressed with his suggestions because he understood my needs without trying to up-sell me with a more expensive package. Good work, Mike! The installation process was fast, efficient and pleasant as well. We really appreciate John's effort for making things so smooth. He was very courteous and patient, making sure we know how to operate the system before he left. We made a good choice in selecting Protection Plus.
