My hair was ruined here. I asked for less than an inch off and they made it to my shoulders (my hair was half way down my back). Unless you want them to ruin your hair I would not go here.

I went there today.for a trim i was maybe 25 30 min no wash/style nothing and i had a apprentice when she was finished. She called her supervisor over Did Not ask me if it was ok she asked her something then says then im Fine with that and carrys on her Convo with another lady!..i went to pay thinking maybe $20 then she said $48..i said what i could not believe it..i guess its my Fault i didnt ask But i was so glad i got in😡

My daughter was brought in for a trim and a side bang, the owner hacked it to pieces. She took a large chunk from the top f her head making her cry and traumatizing her. When confronted she made wild accusations discriminating remarks and refused to return money right off the start. All I asked was for an apology. I am not sure how or why she did this and felt personally attacked because of how bad the cut actually was. My daughter now calls her "The mean lady who hurt my hair"

I just finished my nail polish. I was so mad. I asked French nail. She put too much white polish and never ever dried out. But she kept saying " it's polish. It will take a long time because it is just a little thicker" . She also said " this polish was maybe old" Then why she didn't change other polish right away? And I told her I'm right hand user. If this doesn't dry , I can't do anything. What she answered me was " u just have to be careful" this is worst service and all I heard was excuse. I won't go back there anymore.

I got my hair coloured for the first time here a couple of months ago. I went to Brittany, who was extremely helpful in what would look good with my skin tone and what wouldn't. I ended up going with a Dark Red colour, which turned out fantastic. I can't wait to go back! I highly recommend Brittany :)
