Went for a couples massage about a month in advance. When i got there i was told one of the beds were tilted so theyd have to do the massages separate. We said alright thats fine since we drove 40 minutes to this place for a 50 minute massage Proceeded into our rooms and my bed was rather cold so i asked if the heated blanket could be turned on. Turns out that was broken too. Seemed they had equipment issues would not recommend to anyone

Great service. The best Signature Facial ever. I have been at this location 3 times and each time I experience an amazing time. Very clean, professional, beautifully decorated, great steam room, good products. Overall 5 starts. I recommend them to everyone who needs to be pamper.

I love this place! I give my friend a gift certificate every year for our birthdays and we have an afternoon of bliss. The signature facial is the best around!

I have gone to this spa for years. I ask for a gift card every year for my birthday. I went for the signature facial, it was so good I fell asleep. All of the staff are great, right from the front door and the atmosphere is so soothing. I highly recommend going to Casbah for an amazing pampering experience.

I've been going to Casbah for many years now. I've always had the best customer service and experience. If you're looking for great service and a quality experience - I would highly recommend them. Services I've received include their ever popular Signature Facial, Massages, Manicures and Pedicures and with each service I've had the best experience.
I love that I'm greeted with a glass of wine and can relax before I get my facials done. If you've been thinking about booking a facial (or anything for that matter) with them, do it - you will not regret it - and ask for Anna! :)response / report this review -

A very relaxing atmosphere, service is always wonderful and all employees are friendly. You are greeted upon entry and offered a beverage while you wait. I highly recommend Casbah Day Spa for any kind of spa service.

My facial with Evelyn was amazing! She was very professional about discussing products and ways to nourish my skin. As well, she has 'magic hands' that massaged my face and scalp. I left very relaxed and my skin looked wonderful.

I've been to Casbah twice now in the last few months and was quite impressed. I had great experiences both times with every staff member I encountered. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the receptionists to the estheticians. The staff is also very knowledgeable.

Casbah is wonderful. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I purchased the membership when I found out you can use the infrared sauna and I go as often as I can for the health benefits it offers. The spa is beautiful inside and the treatments are always high quality and professional - From massages to the chocolate pumpkin facial, it's all a great experience. Thanks for the awesome oasis of relaxation, Casbah!
