VERY loud country music - hope you like country. Service mediocre, if you order finger foods like ribs or drumsticks, ASK for extra napkins because you won't see it otherwise. If they make you sit near the bar be prepared to smell bleach. OK place for a quick bite-the place used to be better. I keep thinking it was just one bad experience but there's been a few now. :-(

Not impressed with the ribs but chicken was good. I would not recommend this restaurant and I wouldn't be surprised if this restaurant closed down for good

This was surprisingly gross amid all the rave reviews from others. Our food was ready and served in about 5 minutes which was extremely alarming.
There was sugar on the fries instead of salt, when questioning the waitress as to whether someone made a mistake I was informed this was normal.
The waitress never returned to see if we needed anything which was weird because it was not busy.
Ribs were dry and very fatty, I am assuming cheap cuts. I ordered an entire rack and got 3 cut butt end pieces which were not even from the same rack.
Horrible experience and I would never return, nor would I recommend this place based on every single little poor happening that took place.response / report this review -

Horrible experience here. Waited 25 mins after getting the food to even see the waiter again. Had to ask another waiter walking by to warm up food. Not happy with Lea. She said she's a manager. Would not do anything about making me feel happy as a customer. Bring a bills to me without even asking if I wanted anything more. Horrible server and manager.

Enjoyed it. Different sauces to try. I liked the original bbq sauce on my ribs and pulled pork. My wife has the wings. Sauces definitely make the make. Baked beans were good. Not too sweet. Nice flavour. Corn bread a tad dry but still pleasant. Would definitely come back.

2. Friendliest staff, amazing environment, incredible value for your dollar!
3. Hands down, this was the Best fried chicken I have had in Canada.

Well I got served cold pulled pork instead of ribs i had ordered, the fries were from the day before, the corn bread had no taste and was dry, the server did not spend more then 45 seconds in 3 visits and we were the only 2 people eating at that time.
The bartender was no help either.
To make it short it looked like total incompetence from the staff.
I would have complained but in my head something was telling me that the management that hires this staff must have been new to the job also.
Closed within a year at best if they keep this up.response / report this review -

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I just experience with this restaurant. My husband and I eat here all the time and have never had an issue and love the food until tonight. We placed an order for pick up. Only to find out once we got home that the full order of Mac and cheese was typed in as a side instead. So when hubby called back he was immediately transferred to the manager. he explained that when he ordered he specifically ordered it first saying "I'd like a full order of the mac and cheese" . The manager then proceeded to argue with my husband that the fault was all on us.. Even though clearly there was a little bit of fault on both ends. Then got loud with my husband on the phone(I was sitting across the room and could hear him yelling over the phone).of course hubby got upset and some words were exchange. Then recalling and reordering what we originally ordered this manager then proceeded to say oh you just called I'll give that to you half price and when are you going to be here we'll have it to you nice and hot. why wasn't this offered before you started an argument?? We would have had no problem paying a discounted price. we arnt just trying to get a free meal here. I'm a mom of two who just had a baby a month ago and I just wanted some dinner since all I received was a side for a meal. I'm sad to say we will not be ordering from here anymore and this is one of our favorite places

My favorite place to eat. A little pricey but I always eat good. The ribs are fine but I love the fried chicken and just tried the meat loaf for the first time and it was excellent. The baked beans are one of the best I have eaten and the potato salad is my second side to add. The wait staff is very friendly and quick
