It was really busy when we came in . The hostess said 40 mins. Which we were ok with. Then a waitress then came up and was taking peoples names and they started to seat people with same number as us that came in after us. She then called my name and I went up and said did you call me . She said yes then said my bad. There was a big group beside us they called them and they went up and waitress said there table was almost ready. So they sat down back beside us. There was a lot of people standing all around . The waitress called a name once and I said to people beside us she just called you guys. They got up and she sat a different group as they did come up right away as they couldn't hear. I would recommend that you guys get pagers. When we finally sat hour later the waitress we had was training and they both were really great service and food was yummy.

Went in for lunch on Victoria Day. It was empty. Asked for a booth and told we had to have more people for a booth. There were 6 of us. We were the only ones there. Sorry, overall was poor service and we left. Wild wings next time!

Came in Saturday afternoon without knowing a sporting event was going to take place. Hostess area was grossly unorganized and she didn't seem to be able to seat tables as they came in. Wings were only available as breaded. There weren't any for non breaded eaters like we are. How can a wing restaurant run out of non breaded wings on a Saturday afternoon?? We will not be returning��. Our server was nice tho. Not her fault the kitchen messed up. It is like going to pub and they have run out of beer. Just wrong!!

Only had coors light as far as light beers go, waitress was rushed and rude. I had to hunt down another waitress for forks so we could eat our salad. We were looking forward to going back here, but not so sure now. I understand it’s not her fault for the beer, but we found her extremely rude.

I walked in, went straight to the bar right away the sweet heart asked me what I wanted and I said "Heineken" she got it for me within 5 secondsthere was a fat drunk guy sitting there begging for her number and shit.

Another customer that waits when the place is half empty. Waiters take your order with a long face and give you a smile when they bring the bill, are they expecting a generous tip after serving your food with such an attitude?? I don't think so. The wings, once you go beyond the sauce they are dipped in, have no taste at all, no seasoning, no flavour.

Don't know why people are giving low ratings . It's an excellent place Wings are great and service is amazing. It's too distracting to keep eyes off the sweethearts serving there. It's too distracting if wife is with you.

our server Kristin, was the best server i have ever had in any restaurant. She didnt fuss when our fries came out a bit cold. Before taking our almost empty pitcher she topped off our glasses. She informed us of a beer keg being swithced out and the wait for a fresh pitcher would be a few more minutes, where as she could have easily just said nothing and made us wait without explination. She introduced us to the lemon seasoned grilled wings that were the best wing i have ever eaten. she had glasses of water delivered to our table with out even asking all while tending to other tables at the same time. She made the night go from sour to SWEEEEETTTT. MY hats off to her. Thank you Kristin .

The service was great and the staff was friendly but I have to say 13.99$ for 9 baby sized wings is way too much money, I was expecting great wings considering it’s a “wing” place, they were terribly sized for the price..

Love it here and so do the kids. Food is good service always with a smile and atmosphere is good. Tv's on the wall and in the booths and never any issue if you want the channels changed. Can't complain.

Our server was very friendly and attentive. Lisa, management made sure we had the NASCAR Xfinity race on with sound instead of being forced to watch baseball, because Sudbury folk love motorsports and in my books that's a 9.5 out of 10. She would have received a perfect 10 if the race was on a big screen. The chicken wings were fabulous with flavour and heat. I will go back while in the neighborhood.

Services is �. Order two pound of wings takeout. They were delicious, however the older waitress made a lot of excuse to justified why she didn't what is the ingredients in the sauces, why we has one very small ranch dressing with no celerys &/ or carrots

I went to this restaurant with a friend last Saturday. I ordered a large garden salad and wings. The garden was the size of my hand. It was $9. It was like a starter or a side. I asked the waitress if she had brought me the starter size and she replied no this was the large size. She told her manager and they added more lettuce. A $9 plate of iceberg lettuce.

UPDATE .. back again on a Saturday with a soccer game on. worst allstars experience ever. No control on flow of people , ONLY breaded wings availableburnt nachos, first order was wrong .will never ever be back at this location again allstars Corp. ..you guys are really let the ball drop on being prepared with certain franchise owners you need a new kitchen manager that doesn't run out of stock on a weekend.. WTF ???

Wings where delicious! Service was kinda shitty, our first server was good, then shift ended, then we where in no mans land I guess. Would go back again. However menu should be changed so that it helps you know as the what the flavours are?

I'm so sad this place gets worst and worst everytime I go. Kitchen is always out of ingredients for the things I go there for. Plus these girls are super annoying by trying to always up-sale. Their business is always changing for the worst.

We had good time, our waitress Connie was very nice and attentive, the manager (near the bar) didn't have a good manner, the noise from tv was overwhelming, we got the booth at the back end that was coold.

Very well one of the best place to eat services is awesome, yummy wings,Burger vgood,busy but they always connect with you while your waiting. Overall rating excellent.

My family’s favourite restaurant . We always go here whenever we celebrate important occasions . They have the best wings in town . Cleopatra is my all time favorite 😀
