Convenient location downtown Grande Prairie. Denny's restaurant right in hotel is convenient for breakfast. However, it was not a quiet hotel for sleeping. The rooms are a bit outdated and the heating unit in my room banged loudly every time it turned off, waking me multiple times in the night. There is also a train that goes by and blows it's whistle loudly in the middle of the night right by the hotel.

The WiFi is so slow and hard to connect to it's practically unusable. It was impossible to reliably connect and get work done even after being routed through their tech support provider. The rest of the stay was great though, room was clean and guest services were friendly.

The staff was as courteous as was necessary but I didn't appreciate the brisk attitude. This hotel is showing it's age. The floors were worn and tiles cracked, grout browned, the mattress was uncomfortable because I could feel the springs. Everything I noticed was clean and I did not feel worried about sleeping in the bed. I felt there was good security in the hotel. I felt it was too expensive for the quality however being grande prairie it was a pretty standard rate. I probably wouldn't stay again at that price.

My a/c and lights to half the room keep knocking out. The place smells like mothballs! The card readers in the elevator need to be swiped with your card and don't work half the time. Arrived coffee maker didn't work huge burn marks on the iron. They have train tracks directly behind the build not making sleep any easier barring they have one of the worst mattresses and pillows I have ever slept on! Avoid at all cost!

No mini fridge for single queen room. Otherwise, excellent service, good quality room, good temperature, clean comfy bed. Would stay again.

Decent ,comfortable room. Although there are railroad tracks beside the property that can be loud and they blow their horn. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The whirlpool is set to 47.5c it is really nice but you can't stay in long decent pool beside it to cool off in. The exercise room is in front of the pool, and it gets quite hot in there because of it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Apparently it is not the safest part of the city being right in the heart of Grande Prairie. There are many choices in this city for hotels so I would certainly stay here again if the price is right.

The wonderful and amazing staff gave me a free upgrade on arrival. Had one of the best sleeps in a very long time. Will definitely stay again when in GP.

The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. We got a really good deal through Priceline. I realized that I had only booked the room for two people. I called and they just added two more people to our reservation. They didn't provide a full breakfast but had muffins, fruit and coffee avalible. But there is a Dennys attached which was good ☺

Very central, Earl's restaurant is right beside it, as well as a Denny's attached. Room is nice, maybe a tad bit classier than a Holiday Inn. TV, and has Shaw on Demand. I'm assuming you pay for a movie, I didn't use it. Bed is comfy, shower is clean, soap they provide is actually really nice. Body wash smelt like cucumber and lime. Has a small gym, attached to a pool/hottub. Not very big. Overall, no problems so far.
