I've been here for a month now and the rent is not to bad. The lot comes with full hook ups. If you don't have a shower in in your trailer the showers are inexpensive and the store has just about anything you need. The only problem is the wifi is not that great if you plan on using it.

Reasonable prices for long term renting lots or the option of fully set up single wide trailers which are good layouts and quite comfortable.

We stayed in a loft style cabin. There were lots of issues, such as a broken coffee maker, broken pan, broken knife, cobwebs in the bedroom, broken dining room chair. Poor customer service, was never given a Wi-Fi password, no one came to top up soap/shampoo or give us new towels. Found some trash in the couch, clearly cleaning isn't being done properly.

The ladder for the loft is incredibly unsafe, especially if you have children.

Most of the windows are missing the screen, so you can't have the windows open if there's bugs out.

We locked ourselves out when we first got here as we were made unaware that the doors locked themselves. I was given attitude by the front desk clerk when I called to get someone to let us in our cabin.

I was expecting a bit more quality for $150/night. The rest of the cabin was decent. There's too much water softener in the water and makes your skin feel slimy when using the water. Good location, close to town if you need anything.
