Rooms are good. Breakfast was included, great selection of hot and cold foods. Wait staff was less than interested in seeing to our needs. Empty drinks and we sat right where they exited their back area, no one asked if we would like a drink refill of water or juice. Only 3 other tables were seated. Guess they assumed no tip as the meal was included. After lack of service no tip was indeed what they got.

We've stayed many times and always been pleased. This morning at 7:20 am I got the last cup of coffee from the pot and informed the front desk. She said we aren't making anymore because there is banquets and conventions happening today. So all of a sudden hotel guests are somehow not as important??

The renovated rooms look nice but the A.C. system is still poor. I like a cool room at night and most hotel a.c. units accomplish this. These units cut out before the room reaches temperature and never gets cool. I found it uncomfortably warm. Even after changing rooms I had the same problem. On a positive note, the staff are great and the rooms were clean.

Nice newly renovated rooms as of August 2017. The hotel is really nice and modern now, brand new gym and small market. Really good location with food and activities nearby

Nice, well serviced . The staff at reception were very polite and helpful. Had to extend our stay on short notice and even fully booked with a hockey tournament in town, we were accommodated. Restaurant crew also took notice and remembers guests! Points out the nice offerings

Was a part of a event called "the holistic health and wellness expo" the hotel staff were very great in helping up set up as well as providing us and our guests with water. We have held our show at this location multiple times and it is always great service and a wonderful venue. And will continue to hold our shows at this location. "Grand prairie Alberta holiday inn"

Rooms are clean and modern, TV uses Telus Optik which is high definition with many channels. The fitness facility is not fantastic, but certainly one of the better hotel gyms I've seen. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly, and happy. As a business traveler, I was very happy with the speed of the internet.

We chose the themed African suite for two nights and had an amazing time with great friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere.
Positives:
Sheets were incredibly soft and luxurious
Microwave and fridge
The tub was to die for! Large enough to fit two comfortably and very clean besides the faucet
Beautiful decor, the bed frame was stunning and the whole room was well decorated but not over done.
Negatives:
The tub cracked and creaked All Night!! Very hard to sleep as it was not a steady Rhythm and it was incredibly distracting
Tub faucet was dirty. It had blue hard water stains and scaling all over the inside.
Someone had stolen the gems from the tubs handles, as well as the pull up for the handheld wand. Terrible for the hotel, as they would be expensive to replace and it's very obvious that they are missing! I would suggest some permanent solution going forward.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the hotel had plenty of extras like a pool, hot tub, gym, and laundry. The Four Seasons, connected to the hotel had a great breakfast. Was very happy with my stay
