Our company has long crazy Oilfield hours, the late check in is very accommodating for our employees! Thank you! And the employees always talk about how great the food and beds are!

Made a reservation for 4 rooms x 5 nights for work, showed up after 6pm and they had alreay gave away all of our rooms. No phone call or anything Company will no longer stay in Days Inn hotels.

Very useless front desk staff, barely able to speak English and had serious problems understanding that they were trying to check me in as the wrong guest. Cannot accommodate basic requests like checking out ahead of time to catch a very early flight, despite asking for this upon check-in and then again phoning the night before check out. Dirty, beat up room, and given a room next to elevator despite high points status and plenty of vacant rooms. Breakfast had partially frozen packaged omelets and burnt bacon.

I am all about the food and this place's breakfast is second to none. See photo Waffles, eggs of all kinds pastries cerial drinks etc. All included. Rooms are good enough and there's a microwave and DVD player in the room. Don't know what more a person could ask for

There was construction going on when I was there, but once I was in my room, I couldn't even tell. Pretty awesome breakfast as far as hotel breakfasts go. Complimentary DVD collection is pretty sweet as well.

I haven't quite figured out the negative reviews to this place. Whoever is in charge is obviously trying hard to accommodate their customers. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a DVD lending library for goodness sakes! I haven't seen one of those in five years. The breakfast was great and included some out of the ordinary items such as spring rolls and actual salad. For the room rates charged this is definitely the best value I have found in Grand Prairie. And it is really difficult to find a decent place in Grand Prairie. Would recommend. Will visit again

Epic service! Very friendly and accommodating staff and nice rooms! Breakfast was amazing with large variety of food and drinks to choose from, all complimentary! It in a bit of an isolated area of the city so I found it quite quiet. It was nice. Only that would make this place better, is a hot tub.

Horrible customer service by the staff. washroom was very filthy and untidy and there were worms in the commode. No proper wifi connectivity. Overall very bad experience with daysinn. I suggest not to stay here

Pleasant clerk. Nice rooms with unique layout. Rooms have DVD players and you can sign out free movies at the front desk. Free breakfast has great variety. Breakfast area also has outdoor patio for summertime use. Have stayed at this hotel many times.

Don't get a room on the north facing side as you will hear every vehicle pass by especially all the semi trucks good luck sleeping with there exhausts constant all night only gave reason I gave any stars is reception was friendly and polite "recommend room at least on south side"
