The late night front desk clerk was AMAZING when we traveled through on the first weekend of November! We had originally planned to stay at the Travelodge, but because of some serious miscommunication on the hotel's part, we ended up being stranded with no way to book a room because the only money we had to use was on my mom's credit card and she was in BC. We were able to find some ways to verify that my mom was the cardholder and that she was intending to pay for the room for us. I can't say enough how much I appreciated the quick thinking and general kindness and hospitality of the girl on night shift. She was such a hero to all of us in our hour of need, going so far above and beyond. I hope you stay in this awesome hotel on your next trip to Strathmore!

The location is the best part. Easy access to the highway, right across the street from a little shopping plaza, and next to the RCMP, which I can't help but think must make it safer. The staff was friendly, and the room was better than I expected for the price - last time I went down to Strathmore, I stayed at a hotel for $115 per night, or so, and the quality was about the same. All in all, a great deal.

Clean rooms with microwave and fridge. Basic breakfast. Motel style rooms on ground floor.

It's what you would expect from a Super 8 nothing amazing, but the rooms were clean and beds were comfy. So overall I don't have any complaints it fulfilled it purpose as a place to get a restful nights sleep.

The worth experience ((((((( Mu husband booked the room 3 days our check -in . We were on the road from Vancouver more than 10 hours and were pretty confident that we have a room at the Super8. However, when we arrived in Super8 the manager told us that our room canceled . Can you imagine our feelings , guys? We were very surprised to it . The manager was starting to ask us stupid question " Who canceled ? Me or my husband? BY phone or by email? ". The manager explained to us that the hotels's stuff did not canceled our room and it's not a mistake of the hotel's computer system. We left the lobby and stay just outside when the manager approached to us and said " Sorry, we check our system and found that is was the hotel's mistake. Someone from the hotel's stuff canceled our room instead of another . Terrible , terrible experience . Never, never booked again the room in this hotel. Bad job of the hotels manager.

Nice, clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Doors on both sides of the room (to the hallway, and the parking lot) and close to many restaurants and stores.

My daughter is staying there this week for work. The motel has recently been renovated and her room looked very nice. The bed was quite comfy and the room was very clean. There was Wi-Fi and she'll get breakfast every morning. The motel was very easy to get to in Strathmore as well and is close to everything.

Super 8 is located on the west side of Strathmore close to liquor store, food,fuel , and shopping. They have new furniture and beds, bedding. Features continental breakfast and WiFi. Staff is excellent.
