This is a gorgeous building. The Salvation Army here is mostly miss with occasional hits. Whoever sets your prices is a bit deluded overall. Used shoes for $20?? Have you been to the Army and Navy lately? The only deals I find, perhaps once a year, are in housewares. It's really overpriced here. I don't understand that.

Love the selection however after a bad experience today with a sales associate I'm not sure if I'll be returning to this location again. The woman was horribly rude to me and my friend and decided a product was improperly marked and had to change the price making it on par with value village pricing. I thought the point of non-profit organizations like these were that the prices were better as they're meant for people who generally can't afford new items. My friend had no winter coat and it was snowing outside so luckily I had enough money to spot him the extra cost of the jacket. I wasn't aware that businesses put the customer at fault for their mistakes but apparently it happens as was made clear today. The woman wasn't even slightly apologetic about the mix-up, treating us both in a very hostile manner as we rang our items through. She refused to even look at me when I was making my purchase which made paying her harder. The woman also elected to throwing an unopened bag and the receipt in my direction and only helped me with my items after a few moments of watching me struggle to put everything in while trying to put away my wallet and get out of the way of the next customer. I'm well aware that people have bad days and sometimes things are out of your control with pricing but this woman's attitude has turned me off this location for the next year or so at least. I'd rather shop at a consignment store or value village in the surrounding area or even a different salvation army that values my business rather than support a location that treats its customers so poorly.

Prices are near what the item costs brand new for many things and most times the item has some defects or damage. Also make sure anything you buy here is washed good as I have seen Salvation Army donation bins at the dump in Surrey where workers pick things out of the landfill.

Basically the only place I buy my clothes from. I donate here often and they give you a $10 coupon off $25 every time. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Great range of items. Things are organized by categories and clothing is cheap. There's also a large selection of used books at the New Westminister location.

Always find a treasure or 2 here which is especially satisfying on a half price day! Today it was 2 XXXL men's name brand summer shirts and 2 black designer dresses for me. Each item $5. or less! Wow. 😁

big and well presented, but a lot of people go through this space, so finding treasures is a bit of a miss.

Retail options are limited. You'll need to tale more time to find something worth purchasing.

As a warning, they don't do refunds or credits. Some items can be exchanged but you need to within a couple days.

Love to shop here! Can find almost anything here and with a good price. But the only thing is that I never can find good clothes for me. My size is medium but they have almost all of their pants and shirts in large and above sizes.

As far as thrift stores go, this is one of the best. A large selection of cheap donated items, with everything from tech to clothing to kitchenware. You really never know what you're gonna get. And it's all for a good cause too, so you can't go wrong.

Well Presented big store with lots of goodies, but as with any thrift store..the goods can be good if your there at the right times!
Prices seem to be fair starting from $ to $$$ all depending on the condition of items/products.

I spend time and money here almost daily yet one say Staff asked me to leave because they didn't like my shopping habits.. No explanation nothing. then threatened to call the police on me. at the last second another staff member recognized me and told them they were wrong .. But it was upsetting humiliating. embarrassing

Very, very busy place. This place had the most glassware out of all the thrift stores I've been too. This one keeps the high end items in a case for weekly auctions. It's a very big store and you can tell staff try to keep this place tidy but there are lots of people that go through here. So not so good for pickers.
