Absolutely horrible service!!! Speaking punjabi, not even looking you in the eye when they're taking your money, no thank you, nothing. Be prepared for your order to be severely messed up. They sent me the wrong product, and half the stuff i got was scratched and banged up. Such a hassle, never going back to this place again.

I was nearly hit by one of your drivers in Squamish today at around 1:00pm. He ran through the stop sign at the bottom of Valley Drive and turned left right in front of my vehicle as I was coming down the Clarke Drive hill. It was a good thing I was going slightly above the school zone speed limit as I was able to stop quite quickly but the car behind me found it difficult to stop and just missed hitting me from behind. If you work like this driver drives I would not have anything to do with your company. He should be more aware that his driving reflects your company when he is in a marked truck!!!!!!!

Good selection and good price. But customer service is quite lacking. I have excess material to be returned. 2 months, many phone call and 3 confirmed pick up schedule were no shows.
Here I am at my 4th attempt at the end of the day waiting since the morning for someone to show up. Maybe fifth time's a charm??
If you don't have to return stuff, their product is competitive in pricing. But you can't expect a 5 stars customer service.response / report this review -

I have purchased many products from A-1 Doors & Mouldings and my experience with them has always been outstanding. Tremendous quality, excellent pricing and amazing service. A-1 have always prepared and completed all orders on time, sometimes even earlier. Best door company in the Lower Mainland. Would definitely recommend it.

Exceptional Customer Service! Valuing and understanding a customer’s wants and needs is a top priority here. The staff at A1 Doors & Mouldings, take pride in their work and I saw it first hand when I received my order of exterior and interior wooden doors from them. I had a very large order and the delivery & installation was on time and very affordable. I would definitely recommend A1 Doors & Mouldings to anyone who values workmanship and premium quality. Wouldn’t waste my time anywhere else!

After my recent experience dealing with A-1 Doors, I was quite pleased with the level of professionalism from their staff. They were quick to make any changes and upon delivery I was not surprised by the high quality workmanship. In the end my doors and crown mouldings turned out great!

Superb experience! After shopping around at several other locations we chose A1 because their pricing was great and their overall customer service was the best we had experienced. Their delivery guys were also fast and professional. They managed to fulfill the order and have everything delivered and installed even earlier than it was agreed. A1 did a great job and I am 100% satisfied with their prompt and affordable service. Happy to recommend!

My experience with A1 Doors and Mouldings has been excellent. I shopped around with a few other local providers and ultimately settled on A1 because the price and customer service I received was so much better. My order was relatively small yet they took a lot of time to answer my questions and delivery was prompt.
