I went in to purchase masking paper and tape and inquire about supplies for the next stage of my project. I admittedly have limited knowledge of autobody products and procedures, so I wasn't 100% sure what I needed. A gentleman took the time to explain different tools, supplies and procedures I could use to get the job done properly. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful; they even pointed out some clearance paper that would work for my current task and save me a bit of money. Excellent customer service!!!

Was recommended to go to Rondex. Got to the shop (unknowingly) 2 minutes before they closed, I needed paint made for a scratch on my car. They let me in, were friendly, and made me the paint I needed while the shop had already been cleaned. I felt bad but they let me know they were fine with it and even gave me a lanyard for free. Price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else.
Really appreciate their attitude, the paint and the price. Would highly recommend to anyone needs paint.
Friendly professional staff, high quality and cheaply priced paint!

I got three spray cans of auto paint and the service was stellar.

Not sure if it's her natural face or her customer service face but Rebecca had a grin on her face the entire time which was pretty awesome.

Quality product and quality staff. I travelled 220km to buy here and wasn't disappointed.

The paint code colour did not match. I brought the paint back and was given another can of paint and they helped make sure it was a match. Also they gave me other tips to help. Great place to go.

I go here for touch up paint for stone chips for my car. The staff are always very friendly and helpful - NO waiting for a long time to get seen. They have also helped me with a few more automotive issues and always been very knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone.

Bad customer service Prices way to high on some things. Asked differences between products and they couldn't give me a answer. One guy told me I had to use a self etch primer first then expoy primer over that. Turned out to be completely wrong. I will keep ordering from online sources as they seem to be a least able to answer stuff.
