Seems like a very good place to buy a car. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Even when I came back multiple times. If you're looking for a Honda, I would visit here for sure.

See Lucky on team Foui if you b are looking to purchase. He is honest and not pushy. He was fair and great to deal with and we are very happy with our new Odessy.

I have gone to this dealership for 7 years and will never be returning. In the last year they have behaved so unprofessionally it's like a Faulty Towers skit. I had so many terrible experiences that the dealership assigned me a personal customer service rep. to apologize for their horrible service. The rep had no idea who I was, why I was calling or how I got his number! He took days to return my calls it was unbelievably stupid. I've been directly lied to by this location, repeatedly not called back, had mistakes they made put onto my warranty, had my 2 Honda's mixed up, had my name and phone number changed without my permission and been advised by their own staff that management is crooked. If you want to spend 4 weeks and 12 phone calls trying to get a free recall apt for the wrong car - this is your dealership. Just remember, when you're car is done, they still won't call you.

I purchased a 2017 Honda CRV Touring very recently. My experience at Winnipeg Honda was outstanding. My husband and I were into the dealership 3 times and were always greeted by numerous exceptionally friendly and helpful staff members. Our salesman was Andy Chan and I would highly recommend him. There was no pressure to purchase and he was very honest, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He has been easy to reach and provided excellent follow up after the purchase. I was also very impressed with Swapnil - who spent 45 minutes with me in my new vehicle reviewing the features and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend both Winnipeg Honda and Andy if you are shopping for a vehicle!!

It was the very best car buying experience ever! Giovanni Rhodes did an exemplary job, making the whole process smooth and seamless from test driving through to registering my new vehicle and getting new plates. Wade made the financial part easy and Swapnil taught me all about my new car. What a fabulous experience plus the driving my new Honda Civic is a dream! Thank you so much!!!

Dylan and his team were very helpful and professional. I was able to get into the right vehicle for my budget, and not feel pressured into a larger sale.

Not impressed. Purchased a $40,000 vehicle from them. They couldn't be bothered to fit me in to get my extras added. Had to drive my self to the shop and be without a vehicle for the day. Just had the first oil change done at my regular garage, the air filters weren't even changed from when I bought the vehicle? Very sloppy and not professional. Will not visit again.

We felt too much pressure to buy right now. Your dealership has a phrase that means nothing and only sounds nice. "What can I do to earn your business today" however when I made suggestions, they were quickly shot down.
My suggestions were reasonable as proven by myself and my wife at another Honda dealer.
For some reason you jacked my interest to 2.99% for 7 years. Honda.ca clearly shows 1.99%. I actually said this and the sales guy said "Let me double check".nope it's 2.99%.

Then a manager came in and ran another round of high pressure sales. He repeated the same phrase while the sales guy stood behind us. This made me very uncomfortable.

It was very difficult to leave your dealership. I was almost forced to stay with my first interest vs looking at the different trims and options.

As a note to your manager, it is my experience that when someone tells me "I'll be honest with you",what ever they follow with, will be a lie. It was.

Ease up on the high pressure sales. Use that energy to actually make the best deal you can for your customer.

Sometimes it is better to make a sale with a bit of profit vs no sale at all.

Also why is your staff sending me email from a noreply address.

Do you want to sell a car or waste my time?

Unfortunate post purchase experience. The customer service from the sales staff (Gio) was great. I do not want to place any blame on him. However 2 days after purchasing the Ram 1500 I notice a strong jerk in the transmission and it has escalated to an issue that Dodge can't even fix. I purchased extended warranty to cover myself, however when a Ram dealer can't even fix it what is one to do. It is pretty obvious this was a previous issue and now I am stuck with a very expensive truck that is probably the worst 'ride experience' I have ever had. If I could take the truck back I would. Unfortunately I am now stuck with this until I latest pay off the negative equity.
