  I have bought a lot of new vehicles over the years. In addition. I was in the car business for many years until I retired. This was the first time I bought a new vehicle after being retired for over a year. I can definitely say that I enjoyed the experience at this dealership. I have been going there for service as well. The dealership has a very professional manner and I think the GMC product is excellent.
  A special thank you to Shaylan Okapiec for making the deal neat and straightforward. Also thank you to Steve Hrycyshyn for explaining the features and the cool electronics at the time of delivery.

  Had an appointment to view a vehicle waited 25 min for any sales person to respond to the page. Vehicle we test drove was left in 2 low even though the nob said 2 high. Sales guy was no very helpful and just tried to close the deal every 10 seconds.

  Still one of the friendliest dealers in town. Their service department staff is always friendly, responsive, knowledgable and never perform work without contacting you first to clear it. My only complaint is the time estimates are always way off when completing vehicle service. But at least there's free wifi and coffee in the comfy lounge area!

  It took 3 hours to get an oil change and look at a headlight(only to tell me nothing wrong with it)
  Didnt even wash the truck.
  Shity service. No one comes to tell you why anything is taking so long you have to go ask.
  Never going back.

  Bought my truck at a different dealer. Brought it here for a check engine service. The staff were friendly and accommodating with my schedule. Dropped off mid morning and was completed early afternoon. Vehicle was washed and warmed up when I came to get it. Delt with Kevin in service. Would deal with again. Would recommend to friends.

  I bought my first Cadillac from Gauthier and it's everything a dealership should be. From the sales process through delivery, the follow up service appointment, and customer care, this dealership has left a most positive impression on both myself and my son.
