For all you Boler people facing frame repairs and questions. These people are the experts. I was there on Saturday Aug 19/2017 and spoke primarily to Victor. He had the answers to all my questions as well as the parts. This is the place in Winnipeg to go if you want accurate information and reasonably priced parts and good advise. Thanks Victor!

Website said open till 4pm. Drive 80 miles to get parts. Closed at 2:15. Called Answered right away. Told me they close at 1 pm, been like that for 2 years already. Told them to update their website. Door sign still says 5pm. Princess auto got my business today.

I had originally ranked 5 stars, but there was some mixups in getting the service done, so nobody is perfect. :) Thankfully the employees were able to clear this up and work things out to my satisfaction.

In the end the problem with my trailer was resolved to my satisfaction, and it's handling good as new. Turns out there was a defect in the suspension from the factory. Sad that the dealers that sell these things don't service them.
