Service was amazing!! I was helped by Mya and a woman with short hair and glasses (i’m guessing was the manager) who both did a wonderful job. I had been looking for a dress at another store and there was such difference in costumer service. I was acknowledged immediately and every single employee who I had seen in the store greeted me and commented on the dresses I was trying on. One of the best experiences especially considering the store was closing in about 25 minutes (kindly kept me in 10 minutes later) they still made sure I found the perfect dress for me. Each employee did a great job and everything about your business is perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing, congrats guys! Can’t wait for grad, thankyou!!!

Found a dress. Handed the dress off to be bagged and went to go pay. In that time they sold it to someone else. Last one and it was discontinued so it couldn’t be ordered in. Manager offered 15% which was an insult for the havoc that was caused. Bad staff communication all around. I understand these things happen but the situation was handled poorly.

The staff ate amazing! Went to the store twice on a Saturday with no appointment. Although everyone was busy multiple staff made sure to ask if we needed help and let us know they would be with us shortly. My sister ended up getting her wedding dress here and I a bridesmaid dress. The staff go above and beyond to help and make you feel like your worth their time. Probably the best bridal experience we had in the city!

I got my grad dress here, a very nice dress..at first my experience was pleasant..but trying to book alterations appointments has not been so. The lady I talked to on the phone was very rude and when talking to my friend who also got her dress here, I found she received the same treatment. They don't take grad as serious as weddings clearly..and felt I was not taken seriously. A shame..it ended up with me having to take my dress to get altered elsewhere.

I don't understand the negative reviews because I had the best experience at Stellas out of all the bridal stores I have visited. Dede suggested a trumpet gown for me even though I would have never thought of it working for me and it was the first dress I tried on and immediately fell in love. She was very professional and gave me all of her attention. I'm so glad I kept an open mind and tried on the dress she suggested because now I have not only bought my dress but I also LOVE IT! Thank you Dede .

We met the manager, Dee at the Wonderful Wedding Show. We had no intentions of making an appointment at Stella's, however, her warm spirit and bubbly personality was contagious and we thought "Why not?". It was the first time I tried on dresses and I got to share the experience with my Dad and Mom. Dee did a fabulous job of making my parents feel special. I really wanted this experience to be for them too. I got to pick out my own dresses but as I started trying them on, Dee was picking some of her own. She started to nail down my vision and style (I came in with a vague idea) to the point where I didn't care to keep track of the dresses I chose. Her picks blew me away. The store has a great selection within reasonable prices and Dee stuck with me the whole time. We did end up with "The Dress To Beat" but, unfortunately, it wasn't "The One". I honestly felt a little guilty that we didn't end up with a dress from Stella's just because the customer service was so great. Even though I didn't find my dress, Stella's and Dee deserved a 5/5 star review! I have recommended the store to all the upcoming brides I know. I would go back just to give Dee a hug. My parents loved her too! Dee- if you're reading this, THANK YOU for making my very first experience so special. I'll remember it forever.

Our daughter recently purchased her wedding dress from Stella's and it was the most wonderful experience. She was treated as though she was the only bride to be there! Being a plus size bride was not a problem at Stella's with quite a few selections available. Everyone makes you feel special. We definitely recommend Stella's for an experience you will never forget!

The lady helping us was nice and seemed to be trying to be helpful but immediately started showing us dresses above my price range. The selection was good but the dressing area seemed crowded even though there were only two other girls trying on wedding dresses. I also wasn't a huge fan of the curtains in the fitting rooms instead of doors. The experience didn't feel private or personal most of the time. That being said, I did find one beautuful dress there that I almost bought on the spot.
