I brought my car in for service the other day and was very happy with the way I was treated while I was there. The people in service were all extremely polite and very helpfulmy car was fixed in a prompt manner & I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
I don't do this very often but I am consistently amazed with Mike Flannigan (hope I spelled it right). He's very knowledgeable and actually returns calls! Thank you!
Can't fit my whole review. Long story short - took my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan in for steering recall, radio, and blower fan repair. Rude agent who threatened to return radio once it came in if I didn't make appointment even though I'd been trying to make an appointment and kept getting trapped on hold, or not having calls returned. Charged with "diagnostic" to tell me things are broken that I know are broken. Lied to about courtesy car and forced to use Enterprise (where I had to use a CC to pre-auth for incidentals and pay $15 for gas in a ridiculously gas-inefficient Jeep). Tried to make me pay $1,200 for stuff that was under warranty when I went to get my van. Then the radio that was supposed to be fixed doesn't connect to AM stations, so I have to go back again (this will be the THIRD appointment to fix these issues). Huge waste of time and if I wasn't more assertive/aware may have been charged for more things I didn't need or had things that were supposed to be repaired missed (I had to remind at least 2 different agents what was actually being fixed). Terrible service. I'd be fired if I displayed this level of incompetency at my work.
Had a great experience buying a new Jeep here..my salesman..Jay Noakes..went above and beyond getting this deal done..and my wife and I are super happy with our Jeep. Had a couple issues that needed to be resolved and yet again..Jay sprung into action and rectified the situation. Would definitely recommend Jay to be your catalyst in purchasing a new vehicle!
I would never buy a car here again. I bought a dodge dart back in June and I have had to return to the service department 6 times for a faulty transmission from the manufacturer. They are very unprofessional and they don't know what they are doing here. After returning to the dealership for the sixth time, I go to pick up my car and there is paint chips, tape and tape residue all over the paint on the drivers side, They left my driver window open in the rain and my vehicle was rained in. It is also now full of dust, leaves, dirt, dead bugs. When I brought the car there it was mint condition inside and out, in the time it spent there "being repaired" they have managed to rip out my block heater cord, chipped scratch and scuffed the paint. Trash the interior of my car by leaving the windows open in the rain. I spoke to the head manager Glen and showed him my car, he literally did nothing for me. This place is a joke and I would never go here again for anything.
I bought my car from this dealership at the end of August 2016, and I loved it. However, by the time I went to my first oil change (in November) the guys doing it at the dealership told me that my tires were almost bald and that they would definitely need to be replaced by spring. I found this odd since I only bought my car 3 months earlier and it had just over 20,000 kms on it. Not sure if it's common practice or not to sell almost new cars with tires that are essentially done but when I've tried to contact the dealer about this since then I have gotten no phone calls or emails returned. Just seems like bad business to sell a car that most people would consider brand new with tires that are far from it. It's even worse business to ignore inquires from your customers.
absolutely terrible place. they lie to your face and have terrible sales people. I'd recommend staying away from that place. Not worth your time.
I bought my Journey here. Greatest buying experience ever. I was ready to sign the deal at another Dodge dealer but the guy was a slimy salesman who was trying to take advantage of a "vulnerable" woman. I happened to call here before signing the deal just to see if they could offer me something better. Came in on Friday, bought my baby Saturday. Super attentive staff that work with you & your best interest, not theirs. A friend of mine just bought a new van from here as well & had the same great experience. Everyone dreads going through the sales process of buying a vehicle cause you always feel you're getting scammed. I can say I didn't feel that at all & wished I came here from the start so I didn't waste a week of my time.
I just got a new vehicle and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience at Winnipeg Dodge. Very thankful with Cory for working hard to find the right vehicle at the price that worked with my budget. If it ever seemed impossible they will work hard to make it possible. Thankful with Tony in finance for making it all happen. Great service 100%.
Be careful and read the print when dealing with them.
The 'all-in pricing' laws have been in effect since 2015 and they still charged over and above our agreed upon price. (Over $1000 more).
The salesman offered to include a year of oil changes and fill my tank. He included 2 coupons for oil changes, and actually charged me $30 for the gas.
I emailed the salesman and he didn't even have the class to reply to the email.
Don't go here to buy your car the after service is horrible they don't care about you as soon as you sign your paperwork your yesterday's news I try to get a problem resolved and Jared Morris the owner's son pretty much told us tough luck. If this is customer service I rather go to Gauthier on regent where I get treated with respect Don't go here.
Will NEVER buy anything from here again. Have bought two new vehicles, both were bad experiences. I will switch vehicle manufacturers before I go back to Winnipeg dodge.
It was horrible, first all i was doing was taking my jeep in for a peace of mind checkup and service. ( I wont even go into the details of the 900$ bill ) they didn't communicate with me how much everything they were going to do was going to cost. They were slow, took almost 8 hours for a "service" And to top it off, when the "serviced" my breaks they broke the ABS. So, i called them, talked to a nice lady on the phone and i told her want happened ( i couldn't achieve speeds greater then 18kph after i went through my first puddle, 600km away from the dealer) and she transferred me to service, to which i received voice mail, and i left a fairly detailed message of what happened. AND, i didn't even receive a call back. No reply from them. I had to call roadside to pickup my jeep, take it to the closest dealer (which it has been at for four days now because Winnipeg Jeep Dodge failed to notice i had 2 leaking diff axle seals and they had to replace a hub assembly)
I recently purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 from “Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram”. I wasn’t looking forward to the whole “negotiating game” that one usually associates with buying a vehicle from a dealer. I was pleasantly surprised by experience at Winnipeg Dodge. I conveniently booked an appointment with a sales associate via their live online chat feature. When I met with the sales associate later that week, I found her to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She took a great deal of time with me, and as a result I drove away that same day with a new Ram 1500. Working with the finance manager was also a very pleasant experience. All fees/costs were carefully explained to me and he even found a way to knock an extra percentage point off my interest rate. I am very happy with my experience dealing with “Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram”. P.S. I have the 3.6 litre V6 and it is an amazing engine. My gas mileage is excellent and the 305 hp, double-overhead cam, 16 valve engine has impressive acceleration to boot. –B. Buchanan (August, 2016)
