Just bought a 2017 Victory Vegas from Lee at Rond's! I love the bike (to bad they've been discontinued), and my shopping experience at Rond's was great. I was going to by a used bike, but he price they gave me for something brand new was irresistible and I will definitely be going back when it's time for an atv or boat! Would definitely recommend shopping for your next outdoor leisure purchase at ronds! The sale is done, they have their MK eh and they are still taking care of my needs, thanks Lee and Rond's!

Excellent service from Lee and the rest of the staff. Three different staff members went over and above to look after my needs as I had to pick up my new RZR on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. Very friendly staff and I will absolutely go there again when I'm in the market for another toy!

Bought parts for my atv, the order was held until all parts were in, then to find out the one part isnt the right one in the box. Wait another week to be told itd be in, go to get it and told its on back order. Never dealing with this place again.

Had to look for a part in my old motor. They were very patient with me in finding it and getting it for me. Great customer service. They never once looked down on my as if I didn't have any money to spend there.

They sold me a burnt tail bulb for my quad, when brought back they gave me hassle and refused to refund me or swap me with a new bulb, I guess a 20$ bulb is going to break the bank at Ronds

They sell faulty unsafe boats and refuse to replace/fix them properly. They cut corners and have the WORST customer service I have ever had contact with. I WILL never recommend this business to any of my friends or family.

very poor service department take your repairs elsewhere if you want it done right and on time I will never take my new 2015 quad to ronds even thow I bought it there it will now go to any other polars dealer again no service department at ronds
