Clean rooms, good breakfast. Waterslide and hot tub.

Clean, quiet rooms, included breakfast is more than acceptable and all amenities are well taken care of. I would stay here again on business.

Horrible experience. My office booked it for 3 nights but we were done the next day so came home straight from work. So checked out after 2 nights over the phone at 9:30 am as checkout time is 11 am. The lady at the counter said she will add a note to my booking as she was logged out. Asked for an invoice bill, they said they will email it. Despite constant reminders I never got the invoice from them. When you call them they take your email address every time and say yes we will send it. Finally received the invoice 3 days later after hounding them every day and saw they charged for 3 nights. I called them back to confirm as I checked out after 2 nights. They say there was no note saying I checked out earlier. I asked them to ask their staff but apparently no one wants to admit their fault that they forgot. End up charged for 3 nights now and there's nothing no one is doing about it. So frustrated with the staff and their managers as no one is willing to take responsibility but instead they blame it on me that I never checked out.

Stayed here for an extended stay with work. The owners and staff spared no expense for comfort. Was truly a home away from home. Best beds, pillows and linens, By far the nicest hotel in the Grande Prairie for the money. Very friendly and accommodating.

Great front counter staffany issue dealt with quickly and professionally. Decent breakfast but needs some MEAT!.. Nice pool .very clean facilities.

Staff is great, stayed there for 30 days for work. Breakfast every morning. Rooms are very clean. Felt comfortable every night. Filled our water jugs everyday with ice and water.

Staff are friendly and rooms are big and clean. Being right on the highway means you hear alot of truck noise at all hours. Other than that a good stay.

Nice hotel, clean, well furnished and friendly staff. Can often find good prices here as well. It is about 7 minutes out of Grande Prairie so it's pretty much part of the city and quick to go from the hotel to anywhere in the city. I've stayed here several times and never had a concern. Continental breakfast is good relative to some other hotels in town. Overall, a solid hotel experience.
