Internet was great, was there for 3 days key didn't work for me twice, they also let some other guest into my room while I wasn't there because they had me in the computer in the incorrect room number.

What a great place! Super staffgreat amenities; pool, hot tub, lounge and dining are best in GP. The food and serving staff were top notch. Keep it up! We'll be back!

I stayed here last week:
-Wi-Fi was slow and often unusable.
- Booked a non smoking room but the entire hotel smelled like smoke
- Fan in the bathroom didn’t work so entire room would steam up when taking a shower.
- Hallways were always full of dishes from room service.
-Beds were alright but very low to the ground.

Overall I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again especially with lots of other hotels in the area

We had a great meal at the office for my sister's birthday. The service was very good and the menu has a selection for everyone's taste. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly.

Used it for work and had a good stay. Has a small pool, decent hot tub and steam room. Breakfast was good and complimentary, the pub was full of regulars and front desk was very helpful. I had two co-workers use the female floor and liked it.

Lovely and cleanroom. We stayed for a tennis tournament and when we got back the restaurant was closing soon but they still let us order and eat. Would stay again!

The people who work here really want to provide you with the best service. I just met a man named Alfred who cleans the rooms, he is from India. He had never met me before and during my time here (going on 4 months) at the hotel he cared enough to pay attention to my habits and adjusted how he cleaned my room around them. I had to force him to accept a tip, he only asked for a good comment. The morning breakfasts are decent, the staff again learned my name, my room and habits. After 4 months you would expect them to know me by sheer repetition, but I have been in other hotels were you were just receiving points and a hello once in a while. Thanks Pomeroy GP.

The location was great. Easy to find with lots of room for parking. The rooms were very nice, decent amounts of space with a modern design and accessories. Staff were very friendly and helping.

Newly renovated, the rooms are warm and comfortably furnished with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee brewing. Good to have a room with working temperature controls and with quiet floors. Feature of hotel is a women only floor that our travelling friends found very convenient .

Felt at home. Friendly staff. Food was delicious and they serve generously, too much for me though. I love the genuine interest in the guest's needs and they go the extra mile in the Office, the name of the restaurant on the premises. Family-like atmosphere among the staff, they compliment each other. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was nice roomy and quiet. Had a nice pool and hot tub when working. Included breakfast was pretty good even though it ends too early at 10 a.m.. Breakfast is not quite as good as that at the Podallan Hotel in Grand Prairie where they have more personalized service and an omelette bar.
