From all the many houses I’ve purchased this is by far the worse agency ever!

I have relatives up that way that were happy with the realtor that they used. They however warned me about the receptionist Cindy who was not very calm. I called to use the services as moving to the area and spoke with her and didn't feel comfortable talking with her. I wonder why they allow her to answer the phone? Went elsewhere where I felt warmly welcomed from the first phone call.

We used Nancy DiCosimo as our selling agent and she was super sweet, and literally works 7 days a week. She returns phone calls promptly and made us feel important as the sellers. When our first deal fell through due to the buyer lying to both agents claiming she had financing and did not, we were bummed out and disgusting of buyers after that but Nancy had new people putting in an offer on the house within days. She is well organized and helpful in answering questions and making the sales process less stressful. I was impressed with how she would come by multiple times a day, brought flowers into our home at no cost to us to make it look attractive to buyers, and she's great at articulating the details of the sale to us.
If you go with a Remax agent, call Nancy.

Constantly calling me to switch brokers after only 5 days on the market. Meanwhile the agents who have called have had listings sitting on the market forever. I might have to report the next jackass to RECO and REBBA.

I was in contact with Devon - who basically told me that I couldn't see a property unless I signed a buyers agreement with him. I had not even met the guy yet! Did not make me feel comfortable dealing with him/his company.
