  We just had our flooring redone with luxury vinyl plank and from start to finish it has been a pleasant experience. Alexis, our first contact with Aristocrat, listened to our wants and ideas and was able to help us quickly decide on the flooring. Previously she also was very efficient and helpful in assisting us in choosing the tile for a new fireplace installation, so we knew we were in good hands.
  Kalil came to our home to do the measurements and estimate. He also gave us peace of mind and confidence in what and how the installation was to proceed. His professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner (this was a major undertaking for us) was much appreciated.
  Andreas installed our new flooring. He is a hardworking craftsman that is pleasant and conscientious of the needs of the customer. He did a fabulous job and we love our new flooring.
  We will highly recommend Aristocrat, the showroom and staff are superb. Thank you for a job well done.

  My wife and I bought a house from a builder which used Aristocrat Flooring as the floor installer. They have a huge selection of products, beautiful show room, knowledgeable and passionate staff which made picking out flooring an enjoyable experience. We love our selections but experienced an issues the engineering hardwood through the kitchen and living room. Shortly after moving in, we found the engineering floor made a ‘snap crackle and pop’ noise throughout. In the end, Aristocrat Flooring came through and rectified the issue. To me, this should speak volumes to anyone who is considering a flooring company which backs their product like Aristocrats does.

  Our entire experience with Aristocrat has been a positive and enjoyable experience. Kalil is extremely knowledgeable, patient and approachable. He worked with us every step of the way when renovating our second bathroom. Kalil was extremely patient with us as we changed our minds and considered different options a few times. He was always available to see us in the showroom and even made a few visits to our house to see the space we were working with, take proper measurements and give us his valued advice and explain each step of the renovation to us. We were also incredibly happy with the workmanship of the installer, Tom. We look forward to working with Aristocrat and Kalil in the furture for our next renovation project.

  Grouting has been coming out since the first week tiles coming loose from the second week. Several times they came to repare just for the same thing. Then no response to calls

  It was an $80,000 kitchen makeover. The last piece of the puzzle was the backsplash installation from a reputable installer in town, so we thought. The job started out fine, however once completed, the finished product was anything but acceptable. The job was rushed for some reason and grout lines were all uneven and missing in certain areas. The worst part of it was that most of the botched job was located above the stove's location, so we were always reminded of the substandard install when cooking. They didn't even bother to cleanup once the job was completed as there was more grout underneath the stove than on the wall. During these stressful times we pleaded with the company to try and rectify the situation, but in the end, they simply walked away and wanted nothing more to do with it.
  
  Then we were introduced to Aristocrat Flooring in St. Catharines. If I could turn back the clock I would have called upon them to complete the installation. From the moment I walked into the store, Shauna was great in providing us with optimal and professional service, much more than I expected. We showed Shauna some photos of the backsplash installation and she in turn presented these photos to her expert installers. A short while later we got a visit from Jessica and she explained what our options were, without having to tear down the new backsplash, so we were quite relieved about that. We had a good feeling about all of this and so we decided to go ahead with what they had recommended. The installer, Bonnie, showed up at the house a few days later and performed her magic which in the end was nothing less than stellar. We were extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Aristocrat Flooring to anyone looking to have tiles, hardwood, carpeting or even an intricate backsplash installed.
  These guys are the REAL DEAL!!!!
