Chris, Andy and Michael from the Toronto branch repaired my foundation on one side of the house. The space is small so they had to do it by hand. I was impressed by how these men were able to work in record hot temperatures. Seems being from Jamaica helped with the heat. They were very polite, helpful, and careful with all their work. You could see how much pride they took in their work. I could not ask for a better work group than these three gentleman.

Our basement needed repairing and it was perfect timing to receive an advertisement to call RCC Waterproofing to solve our leaky basement issue. Jeffery Martin came to us with a waterproofing solution. Jeffery was very friendly, knowledgeable to explain our repairs, provided a cost effective solution and worked with us to confirm a scheduled date and time to send in a crew. Jeffery’s professional service is top-notch. On the day of the repairs Chris and his crew were outstanding. Chris explained the work and time it would take to complete and demonstrated care to clean up afterwards. The overall experience is second-to-none. We are very satisfied to have had RCC Waterproofing work on our basement leak project and we highly recommend their services. Thank You!

We had numerous leaks in our basement. We called RCC and Jeff returned our call extremely fast. He came to the house. He was professional and extremely friendly. He gave us a great price. We needed one side of house and several separate leaks fixed. When Rcc's employees arrived to repair the leaks they all were fantastic. Work done when they said it would be. They cleaned up and you would not know they had been there. Hopefully we will not need them again but if we find another leak we will be calling RCC.

We had a problem develop just before we were leaving to spend the winter down south. The guys at Rcc worked on our home in Hamilton while we were away, sending pictures and updates to my phone along each step. I was a little worried of course that we could not be there to oversee this but I have to say everything went well and they did what they promised (and on budget).
Thanks to the foreman Sam and his guys and Richard the salesman was wonderful to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company . Thank you. Joe M.

We had water leaking into our basement. so I had an RCC representative over to have a look and give me an estimate for waterproofing. Danny one of the rep's. for RCC showed up. He was very courteous and thorough, explained in great detail on what had to be done and how it was to be done and how I would not have a water problem after completion plus about their guaranty. Sure enough they did a great job and we are worry free when it pours now. I would definitely recommend RCC to anyone with a problem with their foundation and needs waterproofing.

RCC recently came to my house and waterproofed the back wall. I dont know much about waterproofing but the sales person answered all my queries. I was quite impressed and appreciative that he took the time going over the work that needs to be done and on top of the waterproofing job, mentioned several things i should keep an eye out for. Overall, the crew came and did a nice and clean job. They also seemed very knowledgeable and answered my additional questions. All in all, I am very pleased and grateful with the service and work I received. I would recommend RCC to anyone!
