Picked up my new 2018 Jeep Compass yesterday so exciting! I can't thank Tim and Ray enough for the great customer service throughout the whole process. There are other Jeep dealerships near me but I went to Fairview because they had the vehicle I was interested in, with a manual transmission. Tim took care of me from when I first set foot inside the dealership. It was a pleasure dealing with them, and I would highly recommend Friends and family to visit Fairview Chrysler when they are shopping for a new vehicle. 👍🚗

I had been looking for a used RAM ECO Diesel for almost a year, and visited several dealerships. Fairview was very reasonable on selling price and trade-in, and I experienced top-shelf service with everyone I dealt with. Ryan Culver was my sales representative. In addition to being knowledgeable about the RAM vehicles and trim levels, Ryan also has practical experience in both the military and driving big rigs. Ryan took the time necessary to make sure I knew all the features of the vehicle, and the truck was waxed and ready to go for pickup on time. He even followed up with me several weeks after the sale to see how it was going. I would definitely recommend Ryan and Fairview for your next vehicle purchase.

I was looking for a used truck with a limited budget, I saw an ad for the used F-150 I ended up purchasing from Fairview. I live over an hour away but it was worth the drive. The truck was a fair deal in the beginning but after they sent it for touch ups and detailing it was even better. They exceeded my expectations in preparing the vehicle and were genuinely concerned with making the vehicle as nice as possible for me prior to delivery. Everybody I spoke with was friendly and helpful and I never felt like I was unimportant even though I was buying a cheaper used vehicle. To show how helpful they are Sonia voluntarily came in on her day off to finish the delivery of the truck to me since my availability was limited to one day a week. John the sales manager worked with Sonia and third party vendors to ensure that my truck was brought up to a standard that would ensure Fairview looked good, which in turn gave me a good looking truck for a good price .Who wouldn't be happy with that sort of extra effort? :-)

I just bought a ram Eco Diesel from this dealer and I can't be any happier with it or the sales person. Ryan Culver was fantastic to deal with! Right from the first phone call to the financing and then the delivery of the truck. Its was a fantastic experience! Even though I live in Sault Ste Marie he was more than willing to deliver to me! All I can say is thanks for the service it was AMAZING! Looking forward to our next deal!

I had gone into Fairview a few months ago to do some preliminary Jeep number crunching with Ryan Culver as my lease from a competitor was coming up this August. Although Ryan knew I wasn't going to be purchasing at the time, he was extremely thorough and went over the different options of trade in's etc and pricing with me. There was no hard/pushy selling and I liked that.
I went back into Fairview a week ago and Ryan remembered me and my trade! Within 4 hours I had a generous trade in value for my lease thanks to Ryan and the sales manager and was into a brand new 2017 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited with the speedy help of Rachel in F&I. (Part of that 4 hours was me taking the time to decide what I wanted).
I had added some extras so I also dealt with the parts & service dept and found everyone very friendly, courteous and appreciative of my business. Its nice to see that both the front and back end of a dealership understands that Customer Service never stops once a sale is made.
I have since gone on to recommend Ryan (and Fairview specifically) to family and friends. If I could have rated more than max stars I would have.

Stopped by Fairview Chrysler last week to look at used Ram pickups. Met Leigh on the lot and he showed me a beautiful recent trade-in that was right in my price range. Ended up buying it on the spot and took it home today. Throughout the process, Leigh was great to deal with. He's friendly and easy to talk to and seems true to his word - he made me feel comfortable buying from him. It was a great experience all around and I would recommend both Leigh and Fairview Chrysler. Thanks Leigh for all your assistance, much appreciated!

This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. I had the same salesman both times, Leah Armstrong. He is gracious, and very eager to deliver exactly what you are looking for. The fist was a used 2500 Ram diesel super cab and Long Box. he delivered a beauty, a 2012 with only 53000 on it. Perfect for my hauling needs for one year.. Next traded in the truck for a Grand Caravan "Black Top" edition and love it. He tried , and succeeded in bringing down our monthly payment by $250.00 we have now a new vehicle.

Ryan and Rachel are great! The staff are friendly, not pushy, and very honest. No dirty sales tactics. They were able to find the Jeep we wanted quickly and bring it in for us. We visited a few other dealerships and didn't get treated respectfully. Would recommend to anyone.

My experience at Fairview Chrysler Dodge was amazing. I was really impressed with the staff. I had visited a few dealerships prior to coming to Fairview and right away I had good vibes about this dealership.
Ryan Culver (salesperson) and Rachel and ladies at the reception desk was amazing!! Made my transition into my Ram very easy. Ryan did not make me feel rushed and was ready to answer any questions that I had and took the time to walk me through all the inventory that possibly met my requirements.
