Great bike shop. I have an older Trek mountain bike converted to a city commuter I was having gear shifting issues. These guy recommended a few things and serviced the bike. After the work they did for me on the bike it performs very well!! Very happy with this bike shop. I totally recommend them!

Just wanted to share what happened to me today. I had a flat and went in and picked up a replacement tube. Within 10 minutes of installing and pumping up to proper pressure, the tube burst. Went to the store with busted tube, tire and rim, intent on finding out if it was a defect with the tube or operator error on my part. Got there just as they were closing and explained my story. Opinion was that it was operator error in seating the tube properly but they got another tube and installed it. No Charge.. Great customer service.

Great service, attentive sales support. No pressure to upsell. We've bought all of our kids' bikes here and now don't shop anywhere else. Noel and his staff are just the type of people you want to deal with. Their recommendations have been 100% accurate, and I never got an "I told you so" when I didn't follow them. Prices are more than fair.

This is the most honest, hard-working shop I have come across in years. I always return here for my bike needs because the staff put in real, honest and good work (my bike repairs are always perfect). For example, despite purchasing a bike rack from another store, the owner still helped me put it on (I did buy something from the store the same day). The owner/manager doesn't up-sell anything, won't tell you to change a bike part if you don't need to, and treats you with respect. After trying Gears and a few other specialty bike shops, I will always come here. I am not not high-class enough to warrant others attention but have the respect of the people at this store. I've visited around 15 times over the past 3-4 years. Would highly recommend.

5 stars! I got my last 3 bikes from here. All were Norco. The service is very good (you can walk in and theyll tune you up on the spot if they're not busy) and the products are top quality. They also do warranties and free parts and tune ups with the bikes I got. My bikes, parts, and accessories all last over 6yrs of rough and extensive usage. I recommend this place to my friends each time. My friends now have bikes from here. Only down sideits expensive for a young adult like myself, but you most certainly get what you pay for!

Went to buy a 20' for my daughter. Owner Noel took his time with us and she got try out 2 bikes. We never felt rushed. I had other questions which he took the time to explain. My daughter (who can be shy times) also commented that the owner was very nice. We didn't encounter any up selling whatsoever. Overall a perfect bike-buying experience.

Went in today to buy 2 bikes for my kids. Excellent service. Did not try to up sell at all. Explained the good qualities and the bad qualities of the bikes we were looking at. They were amazing with my kids too. Involved them in the decision making had some fun with them. I first went to a store with lots of "Gears" and they didn't even approach me after 10 min of looking at bikes. I will be a returning customer once these bikes are out grown!
