this company was always a scam back in 2008 or so i paid them to give me classes to get my security license. went to 2 classes. questioned him on self defense advice he was giving on the second class, and never got a call back for my 3rd class. company moved locations shortly after that. no return calls or emails.

Update 2: my apartment building finally fired this companyI couldn't be happier!

Update: still no response to my numerous emails, Facebook messages and phone calls.

Terrible, terrible, terrible company. Only answers phone calls between 2pm and 8pm (what kind of business hours are these anyway?). Don't bother calling though, they won't pick up. They refuse to respond to emails, too, so you'll likely never interact with an actual person, just their automated machine. They probably avoid speaking with anyone because they know they're operating a shady business. Security guards will ticket you even if you've followed their (extremely tedious) visitor parking rules. Have evidence the ticket is invalid? Don't bother trying to show them, they'll just ignore you! Do NOT use this company for your security needs and, judging by the reviews left here, don't work there either.

They seem to be in the security industry but I’ve only seen them protecting the integrity of empty parking lots from broken cars that won’t start. Bravo for issuing 3 tickets after we informed you of the issue and you pretended it was fine to leave the car there. Lost love for my building management team for hiring this company. Do not recommend.

Had a Very Good Experience with their Services. Their management are very professional and are available 24/7 quiet hard to find that in Ottawa!

They worked for us as a Static Security as we our a Building sec company and was fully satisfy. Will definitely recommend if you have an average budget and want professional services
