Asked for a quote to repair forklift. Booked appt then never showed up, paid upfront for them to come out. They came out and said will send price and info. Emailed to follow up to find out how much the repairs would cost and still no response. Wasted time and money.

Very well run business. The times I've visited, the team has been open, very transparent and super knowledgeable about everything related to the lift truck and MHS business.
Marco and Sal are fantastic. If you're in the space, I absolutely recommend working with them on any aspect from rentals/sales to repairs/breakdowns.response / report this review -

This company is amazing. I currently have Novalift as a provider at my workplace. The provide exceptional service and very competitive pricing. I don't have any regrets having Novalift in my workplace. Don't be skeptical, give them a shot and you will not regret it :)
