Had a great experience with King City Property Service after contracting them for a deck repair. They showed up when they said they would and acted in a professional manner. They explained to me what they needed to do, completed the repair to a high standard and left the site clean.

Jake and Andy created a beautiful deck out of what was a poorly built, decaying existing deck. They literally created magic and professionally dealt with the many issues that arose as each piece of old deck was removed. I appreciated that they did not try to oversell me work that I didn't need. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. I felt I was in good hands & I trusted their judgement and expertise.
