This company is amazing!! They came out in a snow storm to help with our hot water tank issues!! Very knowledgeable, great service. Highly recommend.

Very easy to set up appointment, customer service called to say the technician would arrive early. Greeted by Gordon, friendly and professional. Show him shower to be fixed, he took a brief look and starting looking up parts on his phone, he then asked to be excused to call his manager, after a brief few minutes he told me that I would need to source the hot water valve that was faulty ? When I asked him to find it and whatever the cost I would pay, he said that I would need to get the part and they were not even comfortable changing it, thinking they would damage the tile in the shower???
They left.

I was able to find another local dealer with the part and had him install the same day all within one hour
So disappointed with the service with hy pro

I would give 10 stars if I could. The customer service rep was so pleasant and dispatched a technician right away. Jermaine went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new shower assembly installation. Thanks so much Jermaine!!! They worked to fit in an appointment quickly and came on time. Navjot Lumb did an amazing job. He worked quickly and was really friendly and professional. He also made sure to explain the problem and what he would have to fix.

I had called due to issues with my toilet and shower. He also found a problem with my dishwasher leaking and fixed it the same day without having to make another appointment.
