  I can't recommend Vital Wellness Centre enough! Richard is a fantastic therapist and has been helping me a lot with my issues, including chronic migraines, over the past few months. He's very professional and thorough and communicates throughout each session to ensure I'm comfortable. He's very knowledgeable, and I've learned so much from him that has helped me beyond just the massage sessions. Thanks Richard for such an awesome experience!

  I have had strain issues in my arms and shoulders and Richard is the first and only therapist to have addressed my strain issues in about a decade. I have been to various multiple therapists including osteopath, eastern massage therapy, and of course the regular physician, some have eased the pain, but no one else had fixed the real issue. Richard found the issue and addressed the root of it, not only in session, but gives effective stretches for me to do in between sessions and keeps up with my condition to give the most effective treatment possible. He is also very accommodating and thoughtful, if you have any concerns about anything he will do his best to address it.
  
  The invoices I receive from him are claimable with insurance (at least with my policy) and the booking process is hassle-free and super easy. If you are looking to invest in your health, this is the place to do it.

  So glad I found this place! Have been coming to Richard for a little over a year now and ever since the first time I called him he did his ultimate best to accommodate me into his schedule. Keep in mind this is an independently owned & run clinic, Richard answers all calls himself unless he is with a patient, he always calls back as soon as he’s done. He takes his time, finds the problems and treats them accordingly. A massage with Richard will always make you feel better!

  Great experience!!! Highly recommended!
  I've felt a noticeable improvement with my shoulder pain after several visits. Richard is very knowledgeable and professional with his work. Not only does he provide an excellent massage, but he also takes his time to understand the pain areas and provides you with an explanation of the potential cause, ways to avoid further aggravation and exercise/stretches to further improve your particular discomfort.

  Richard is very professional and extremely effective. I went in for general relaxation massage and was so satisfied with his attention and eagerness to address all my concerns that I decided to visit him regularly, something you don't always get when visiting larger chain massage therapy centres. Highly recommend.
