  Tracy Crawford is the most incredible, talented, and kind woman. She has made my body feel better than it has in ages. She is so attentive to my needs- somedays I'd come in right before work and she would ensure to cover my hair with a towel. She learned quickly to adjust the shoulder pillows just right, and heat the warmer ahead of time. Tracy is so intuative- she reads your mind and can sense where your body needs help (without you telling her!) I cannot rave enough about how exceptional my experience was. To boot, she has the most bubbly warm personality. Made me feel so welcome and cared for. Ok, I'll shut up now. Thanks Tracy!!!!

  The space is warm and welcoming, with a dead easy online booking system. Best of all, obviously, the practioners are excellent. Recommended.

  My experience of accessing services including yoga classes & massage therapy through The Solace Centre has been absolutely wonderful. The environment feels like a little oasis of calm in the heart of downtown NanaimoLynne's sense of attentiveness to best meeting my needs and the aesthetic environment she has created truly resonates for me, and I invite you to experience The Solace Centre for yourself ~
