Had an initial consultation yesterday at this clinic, truly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Kathy was excellent as always.. very friendly and informative . Kathy took time to walk us through the process making my 13 year old confident and enjoy her big change in life that could have been a scary otherwise. We will definately refer Kathy to friends and family..

Dr. Narang knows his stuff and cares about the work that’s being done! I recently went in for a laser gum removal procedure and was taken care of by his staff in all aspects. I’m loving the results so far. Not every dentist has this much skill or attention to detail - overall very satisfied with the cosmetic work done.

We met Dr Arun Narang through some common friends about thirty five years ago. Impressed by his approach to the dental profession, viz., to treat a tooth and maintain the health of the gum rather than simply pulling out the tooth, and working with the Insurance companies to maximise treatment, we knew that we had to give Smile by Design the opportunity to prove itself. Over the years, Dr Narang upgraded his own proficiency in newer dental technologies around the world. We are glad to call him our family Dentist.

This is probably the worst dentist i have ever encountered. Money hungry and extremely lacking in work ethic. His work has broken apart so many times; its as if he fixes only temporarily so that the customer can revisit. The machines are constantly breaking down and in need of repair. I am done with him and would advise anyone in need of good honest work to look elsewhere. I have spent thousands on repairs that are completely his fault and i will never be back to see him. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Going to the dentist has forever been a stressor and I am super sensitive. Can truly say that the level of professional and compassion towards my issues has always been evident through the way in which I am dealt with. This is a first class clinic with innovative equipment and a team that treats you like you are their priority. Have been with this clinic for at least 20 yrs and none other I have visited measure up to this one.

I came in on Apr 8 2017 and asked for a summary of serviced for tax purposes. She said she doesn't know how to print documents as the book keeper is on vacation for a month. I asked her if she could ask someone to assist her. She snapped that it's policy to have only one person be able to print a summary of services. Do you guys realize how stupid that sounds? Not only do you have incompetent staff, but they're telling outlandish lies. What's wrong with your office? This is what happens when you hire high school graduates who lack the ability to learn and understand. Definitely will not recommend.

These guys are simply the best. Dr. Arun is a master in his craft and as professional as it gets. The whole team is amazing. I won't ever choose another dentist.
