Our family had a great experience at Laurentian Dental. We were greeted at the door by Jaclynn and made to feel at home and welcomed while she explained the Covid protocols. The entire place was very friendly and very clean. I highly recommend Laurentian Dental.

Everytime I have gone to Laurentian Dental I've been pleasantly greeted by the amazing staff! Heather and Betty-Lu are the reason for my switch to this Office, can't get a better admin team than them!

LaurentIan Dental has been my Dental Office since I was young. I have always had a pleasant experience there no matter who was servicing me. I would recommend this place over and over!

My four year old son saw Dr. Sun who was fantastic and made the experience super positive for him. My son is generally pretty anxious about absolutely everything, but he actually had fun and told me as soon as we got home that he wants to be a dentist when he grows up!
I called last week because I had a severe toothache and they got me in for an emergency appointment that day which was amazing. I had a root canal today which obviously sucked but the whole process was luckily nice and fast.
The staff are amazing. The dental assistants are super nice and caring and the ladies at the front desk are honestly the nicest women I've ever met.

I used to wear retainers. Then I went to this dentist. Instead of fixing my teeth to fit my retainer as I requested multiple times, she took her wonderful tools to my retainer and told me "I need a new one anyways". I haven't been able to wear my retainers for over a year and I'm too livid to go back. But, if you don't wear any devices, a decent place to go. Had a nice first impression, but went downhill fast.

Laurentian Dental Centre is great! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I have had the opportunity to meet all the dentists and hygienists in the office and they are all very well trained and offer great service. Because they are so good at their jobs, it is difficult to get an evening appointment. To me that just means that everyone loves coming to this office and books their appointments ahead of time. Great work everyone. Keep it up!!

Incredible. Absolutely incredible. Dr. Sun is a hero of our time. Me and my buddy Frank won't go to any dentist other than this one. Don't listen to the review by Nasir Khan below he is full of condensed male bovine feces!
If you choose this office you will never regret. You will look back on the incredible experience for the rest of your days.

All I would say that if you have been diagnosed with a cavity or worse a root canal treatment here, please get a second opinion.
I was made to go through a Root canal treatment which is still painful after almost 2 years and my other dentist even said - "perhaps you did not need this in the first place"
Why I left them is because my wife was diagnosed with a cavity and was promptly slotted for a filling.
Not convinced she went to see another dentist and he said - "What cavity, I don't see any?" - (she was undergoing a treatment with an orthodontist at that time)
Then she went back to Laurentian and asked for a senior dentist and he too said that there is a cavity!!
So finally she went to the highest rated dentist in KW area and he said - "No you do not have any cavity and do not need any filling".
That was it, we moved elsewhere. Two years later my wife has no problems with any of her teeth.
While I still regret not taking a second opinion before I let Laurentian do a root canal on me.response / report this review
