i went to lighthouse dental to get my teeth cleaned and had a great experience! the receptionist ladies were fabulous and very kind, they really brought the whole experience together with there welcoming smiles and kind words! the dentist lady was very kind and understanding as well and had lots of patience with me. i’d definitely go back to lighthouse dental!

I phoned in the morning, in excruciating pain, they had a cancellation so took me in at 3. I needed a wisdom tooth removed and it was the BEST experience from start (making the appointment) to finish - Dr Shawn is AMAZING and quick, explained everything in detail before doing anything, kept updating throughout. The office staff were just as amazing and it was a beautiful experience all the way around. I will never go elsewhere, and I transferred all 3 of my kids over as well!

I visited Lighthouse Dental in Cobourg for the first time as an emergency client. I was leaving on a trip the very next day and they were able to accommodate me in their busy schedule. They first had me in for just an assessment but quickly rectified the issue and were able to fix my cracked tooth. It was an in and out procedure and not like any other dentist I’ve been to. Everything was very well explained to me! I don’t have insurance coverage and was pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive the procedure was compared to other dentists. All in all, a pleasant, inexpensive, well explained, non stressful experience!

The staff makes you feel like family at this office. Excellent service and very caring.
I called on a Monday make an appointment for my family and was able to get everyone seen within a few days for their checkups.
There was no pressure to get any work done. What we needed was clearly explained and I was given different options within my budget. The hours are great and very convenient.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and competent staff. They were all great with my daughter and I. So comfortable it felt more like visiting friends than going for dental checkup. Our last dentist said I had cavities that needed filling. Staff at Lighthouse showed me my x-rays confirming no cavities, only the original fillings from when I was a kid. Staff were very accommodating and patient with my 4 yr old. Happy to have found them.

Have an emergency . called to be told "its a privilege for a dentist to take a person on ODSP" well . very accompanying as I just explained my mouth was killing . but point being a privilege seriously ?after this I was still polite she told me to call back later to set an appointment . Obviously I am not going to call back .

I was terrified the first minute i stepped into Lighthouse Dental. My teeth were so far gone but they gave me hope and many different options. Ive been to many different dentists and never felt more comfortable. After extensive work on my mouth and seeing the outcome of the work I've never been so happy. Honestly they do amazing work but its not everyday you find a business who really cares. Thank you Lighthouse!!!

Amazing staff at this office! Very professional and kind. Dr. Sethi was extremely patient with me, and explained every procedure and step to keep me at ease during my restorative procedure.
