Great customer service while in the shop. Gordon set everything up for me, cleaned the tv screen and ensured I knew how to set everything up. Really super shopping experience!

Staff helped us find the TV based on size of screen and type of base that we needed. He then opened it, showed us the screen for damage and turned it on to demonstrate that it works. More staff and perhaps organizing stock would help the customer.

Wicked prices and excellent staff they let u look around and are there to help younwhen u need it. Plus there prices are better than everyone's elses and for everyone that complains its not new its been opened why do u think its called openbox lol

I bought a laptop from there and it had some many problems glitches had many viruses frooze when trying to open programs on the computer I brought it back past the 7 day exchange date and the manager exchanged it I got the same computer and after a week of having it the same issues occured so I bought a charger for an old laptop I had and I went to return the computer and they were completely rude and wouldn't do it told me I missed the return date and that there warrantee doesn't cover software problems for any product and had there tech guy look at it and he downloaded random things on my computer that didn't help at all I think this store is horrible and that there management is crap

Just tried to exchange a Tablet I purchased there. I did not have receipt but just wanted exchange. I gave it as gift and it was used. (Embarrassing)Previous owner had logged in and the tablet was password protected. Even a factory reset would not work. Was told by staff member that I took to long to return it. Why would I wait 5 weeks to return something that was not working. I explained it was a gift to which they indicated they needed serial number. I pointed to serial number on box and device and indicated the day I purchased so they could check there system. They were unwilling. This was my last purchase from openbox and I have posted this review in all social media sites I am a member of.

Saw a TV I had my eye on in one of their newspaper advertisements. A full $280 lower than close competitors. I had to go in and see for myself. Sales associate was very helpful and professional. Even took the TV out so I could inspect it. Great experience for certain. Well done guys!!

Recently purchased the ku6290 and was told that all the parts are inside the box. Got home to find there was no remote, screws for stand or POWER CORD. Come on guys how do you not include these essential pieces. It also shows that they don't test their products when received. Do yourself a favor when buying from this company and get them to test everything in store.

Great help with choosing the best product for your family! Loved the friendly staff and they had free popcorn as well so an added bonus to the shopping experience. Would highly recommended if you don't want to be ripped off by the big box stores.
