  UPDATE FROM LAST REVIEW: I found out by calling Facility that OTA has advised the insurance company to increase the deductible from $10,000 per truck to $50,000 per truck. Thanks for the great representation guys! OTA gave me a call to take down this review due to how many people have viewed it. Its not coming down till your association stops attacking small businesses.
  
  OTA was suppose to work for the truckers not against them. Facility has saved thousands of jobs while regular insurance companies non renew policies by the bunch. Instead of fixing regular insurance company rules you want to force the transportation companies hanging by a thread to close down by increasing the already high facility insurance rates. I hope your big corporate donors are happy OTA. You will not stop till you ruin all the small businesses. insuring with facility in Ontario for long haul costs over $6000/month and you want to increase it more. Why don’t you start by lowering rates or fixing regular insurance company rules. Waste of tax money. u deserve no stars at all.

  I just called OTA as they sent me the wrong logbooks. The girl was extremely rude and condescending. She needs some training on customer service - I didn’t deserve that treatment.

  Mel hall transport is one of the worst! There drivers are not aware and there looking to hurt people on the road being as wreck less as they are . Almost killed me today in a brand new mid sized truck.
  Police complaint has been filed.

  Also teach the drivers to stay out of downtown cambridge (Galt) by law they have to go around!

  The biggest lie of a group right after the ATA. Notice how OTA pushes for rules following the requests of mega carriers? Love how the OTA is complaining about the driver shortage when their members have some of the lowest pay in the transportation industry. Take challenger as an example.
  
  Thanks for looking out for the millions of dollars on the line for the big carriers while squeezing the small carriers out.
