I just received my 2016 Audi A3 and it only took them a day and a half!! I’ve had multiple keylock smiths work on my car with no success. The service was quick, price was fair and I couldn’t ask for more!! Great service!

Lost my motorcycle keys during a ride, Keys popped out of the ignition on the highway somewhere between Toronto and Ottawa. Called this place to see what they could do and they are able to cut keys using the locks on the bike itself.

Very quick and professional work! Was able to create a working key even though it was a strange one for him. 1983 Yamaha XS400 Seca, Kawasaki key works for a Yamaha? 🤷‍♂️

Call these guys up if you need a key cut for a bike, was a seamless transaction and there seems to be a ton of skill and knowledge in the technicians. Well done!

My Mercedes ML 350 remote key battery was hard to replace, I spent almost half hour can't replace it myself that's why I seek help from Direct Locksmith, the techcian over there are SUPER HELPFUL replaced the battery for me for FREE super nice and caring. The best locksmith in Ontario! Five thumbs up. Fast, courteous, affordable, and responsive. A+

This place is bomb !!! I lost my keys and the dealership wanted over $500 for the fob and a new key!! I came here and I got an upgraded fob and a new key for a fraction of the price !! And in a super timely fashion. Please do not go to the dealership, save yourself the cash !!

Called them to make copy for my accord. They quoted me 60 to program 3 keys and also met up with me at a mutual mid point and offered to come to my house. Quick professional service. No hidden charges or lies. Will come to them again. Honest and proper. Tryed other company's and they always trying to rip you off or quote you first price high where u got to bargain. Fair prices and professional service. Ask for yegor.

These guys are great. They called back right away committed to a time frame for the service needed. It was an older car that I broke the key in tried to shops to cut a new one both did not work. the service tech figured it out and left me a spare key. I would recommend them to anyone how needs a locksmith.

May 2017 had a motorcycle key cut for $15.00 and was all good. June 2017 needed the same key cut as a backup just in case I misplaced or lost it. Called the store and for the same key was quoted $25.00. Must be seasonal inflation. Went to my local locksmith (Benson Locksmith) and he matched up the key with an identical blank (note: non-chipped key), cut it in 2 minutes, paid $9.00 and then tested it on the motorcycle. PERFECT. Shop around and hopefully this store will be more reasonable on pricing. He is free to charge what he wishes, but why not be careful with your $$$.

Very pleasant experience - friendly, fast, fairly-priced. Two new keys cut and programmed for $800-900 less than quoted by the dealership (Lexus SUV). Highly recommended!

Fast and friendly. Locked myself out of my house. Examined all doors to figure out which one would be easiest with no damage. Once took minutes to open the door with no damage. Definitely recommended to anyone.
