The staff was very attentive and was proactively asking if you need assistance as soon as you glance their way given the location service like this was expected. The one thing they may want to make improvements on is spend some money on faster elevators. Given that their conference rooms are at difference floors we spent 10 min waiting and elevators are tiny fit eight people at best.

Favorite place to stay in Toronto! Beautiful rooms with affordable rates and in a prime location. The hotel was originally home to the Dominion Bank and beneath the lobby you can still enter the old safe! There are also a ton of plaques on the walls of the hotel detailing the history of the hotel's site as well as the city of Toronto. Only negative is the limited room service menu

Nice rooms. Clean. Probably the most important part of a stay. The room sizes vary as this is both a hotel and residential suites. So the rooms are like studios or 1+den etc. Connected to the PATH which is wonderful when staying in the winter or colder months.

This hotel is very nice, clean and sofisticated. Our room had a mini kitchen which was cool. It actually felt like we were in a small studio apartment. I really enjoyed that feeling. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's been an excellent stay so far. View is pretty good.. Service had been fine but I haven't attempted to take advantage of it. Plan to park somewhere else as valet was full

Solid four stars for this hotel. Coveted location that is close to everything downtown. The staff was fantastic and concierge was very helpful albeit service was a little slow. The rooms require more attention to detail and cleaning is not up to standards. Overall the stay was very pleasant and the history of the hotel was interesting. I would have liked more access to the historical rooms when they are empty.

Great location. Close to entertainment district. Room included microwave, range top, dishwasher, and laundry. Parking was the only issue. Valet parking is expensive, and a sign that the parking lot was full was often displayed. There are many other underground options around the block but they too are expensive. We would stay again. The vault in the basement makes for great photos.

Well, let me tell you all about One King West It's easy to see how it was very grand at one point. The marble, high ceilings and old time vault are impressive. Location is great, near everything downtown and also the rail, however the room was not cleaned on arrival. The rubbish was not empty and there was food left in the mini fridge from the previous occupant. Whether a high end hotel or not, it's not unreasonable to expect a clean room and that made us suspect of whether the room had been properly cleaned. Overall pleasant and great location but standards seem to have slipped.

Nice hotel in the financial district. Access from the hotel to the PATH is convenient, particularly in winter. The room in the tower was comfortable, modern and clean. A stove and microwave along with the kettle means you can bring back something to heat up and eat if you are so inclined. The WiFi was a bit weak although free - at the bed, it was dropping out but it was strong at the work desk. I would have liked to have had a wired connection as an option. Service at the front desk and at the bar was exemplary. Great for a business trip or just a stay downtown if you are there for a show or other entertainment activity.

My stay at the One King West Hotel was glorious. Off the the bat, I can only say parking was the only downside as the valet parking fills up quick as I'd first come first serve. However, there's lots of parking near by for your baby. The room was opposite of Clinton's criminal record (super super clean) and the lobby looks like you just arrived at Hogwarts.. only thing missing was herminey Granger m I right. 5/5, good price too, easy on the bank

We had a room for one night up on the 32nd floor. I love having a view of Toronto from that high up, so I really enjoyed it. The location of this hotel is also great, you're in walking distance to the best that Toronto has to offer. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and we'll put together. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Love staying here. Great location. Rooms are nice and spacious. Kitchenette is a big bonus even if it's just an overnight stay. Attended a wedding here last year and the event was fantastic. Ave stayed here on multiple occasions and always has been a positive experience.

Got a last minute room for a great deal. Had an atrium view (sopicture a view of a blue wall) but we weren't there for the views, we were there to sleep after a concert. Bed was comfy and had a kitchenette, everything we needed. Great location too.
